I came here on a Saturday afternoon with a group of friends for "tea" aka dessert in the afternoon. The atmosphere was so pleasant and it is well lit. Parking is easy and free. There were 5 of us and we were able to find a table that accommodated us easily There are so many options, it was hard to make up my mind as to what I wanted to have. I picked something that looked filling and awesome and was one of their many options that they provided a picture of on their massive menu. The chocolate with my fruit was so filling and so much fun to "dip" my own fruit. All of the fruit was fresh. You are able to order carryout or order to eat in. You order at the counter and your food is brought to you if you are eating in. I will definitely have to come back to eat something else. So good!
A little bit pricey but I guess it's to be expected. Definitely worth it though. The strawberries were fresh and huge. The pistachio knafeh was really good and crunchy. The chocolate syrup made it very rich. The menu had a lot of different dessert options so it was overwhelming definitely will be back.
Overall: fruits are fresh, the brownies were good and the creme puff was great! It came with toothpicks which was great! Got delivery and it came in a timely manner. Wish there was a 2nd chocolate option but can't complain
we stopped in here after our yelp elite event at tiger sugar - i mean, crepes!! delicious! who wouldn't?! the place is super cute and has a ton to offer. the price for the crepe seems a bit much, but delicious nonetheless. we opted for the banana cinnamon pouch - i loved the chocolate the most! as an avid fan of chocolate. i recommend belgium chocolate! customer service was pleasant but i fear they were a bit put off with our boba teas in hand. excellent place for a date.
Omg! Delicious! Lotus Biscoff anything attracts me so I was too delighted to see they have it on their menu. I chose the lotus waffle over the lotus crêpe. Excellent decision. They also offer milkshakes and ice cream cones with the Biscoff flavor, but I went all in with the waffle. It's pricey. Yes, pricey, but I enjoyed every bite. One star off for the cost but that will not deter me from coming here again.
This place is pretty big and fancy for a dessert restaurant. I really like the clean and open feel of the place. The ice cream was good. Unfortunately they were out of the special fruit shaped pastries that were on display. Apparently they were out the last time my friends went. I guess if you have the money, then it's worth going there, but they robbed my friend with a mango ice cream for $15! Those treats can be found in an Asian grocery store at this point and it doesn't cost that much. The service was okay, but the lady didn't come to greet us right away and she made eye contact with my friend shortly after we walked up to the counter. Overall the aesthetic of the place is nice, but I would t go again.
It was delicious!!! My son had a cookies and cream shake and loved it. I have to say it was very good; probably the best out of the three things we ordered. I ordered a lotus waffle. Bomb!! Full of flavor, rich and creamy. The lotus ice cream was yummy!! My husband ordered strawberry cheesecake. It was good but we wouldn't order again. He prefers thicker crust, less dense and light syrup... Ambiance was cool, nice space to sit and enjoy your treat. Service was good too.
We ordered Lotus Kunafa, iced coffee latte and espresso macchiato. Kunafa tasted really nice, but gets too sweet for one person to finish it. Probably a great option to share it with 2-3 people. Loved their menu displays on TV. Photos on the TV keeps changing, but the numbering on the photo helps in identifying the item on the menu. Ambiance - large indoor and outdoor seating. Spacious and isn't too noisy. Parking - Available
We finally checked out this desert oasis, after hearing about it through a content creator on IG. Ambiance is spacious, great for groups, families, or even a casual date night. The menu has tons of crepe and dessert options, and you can dine inside or outside. The wait for specialty crepes was pretty long (I think staff is limited, so we understood!) and while they tasted good, we wished they had been served warm. Prices felt a bit steep, averaging around $16-$18 per crepe. Overall though, they tasted yummy and loved the mix of different chocolate. Perfect if you have a sweet tooth. Overall, it's worth checking out at least once for the experience!
I have the biggest sweet tooth out of anyone I know and I have to give melt n dip credit - even for the people with the biggest sweet tooth, you will never say "I wish they put more chocolate on this." It's super yummy and super sweet, but overpriced for what you actually get. Def worth a try if you're interested but in no way can be your go to sweet treat with sky-high prices. Gelato is not great tasted like a sorbet and was all crumbled, brownie that supposed to be hot on the bottom with vanilla gelato on top well the brownie was cold and had to scrape it of the bottom of the pan with a force it was uneatable. Cappuccino was great. Service was friendly. They were having a some sort of party inside and kids from the party was running in and out of line between customers very chaotic and disorganized. Staff seamed overwhelmed.
Was looking for a sweet treat and was happy to find this place. I was happy to find the viral Dubai chocolate bar. It was good, and Not too sweet. I want to try the biscoff next time. The girl at the counter was very sweet and knowledgeable. She answered any questions we had. We also got a fruit tray for 1, and a strawberry cheesecake gelato. I will come back here and try out a lot of more the items they have. Even with 3 things we barely scratched the surface of options you can get here! Lots of seating inside with a patio seating area outside as well.
Pricy but worth it ! They are very clean and friendly friendly there and have lovely lighting/ music playing The counter girl had no issues swapping out chocolate for a little extra pistachio topping which was nice too My Dubai strawberry cup fed me 3x and my kids each once when I bought more strawberries at the store for the remaining toppings! Spoiler Alert: Delicious desserts are sold here! Chocolate, Nutella, fresh fruit and crepes are pretty spectacular. The prices are high, like everywhere, but it's in West bloomfield so what can you do. Do visit, they have something for everyone! read more

Cute place! Only got the lava cake and it was pretty good! Didn't have chocolate in the middle though, which is what makes a lava cake! Took about 8 mins to get our dessert. Seemed like almost every dessert is $15-20. read more

Me and my friends recently visited it, and I am glad I did. Ambiance is very inviting and choices are mouthwatering . We tried pistachios waffle, eclairs pyramid and of course, chocolate lava cake (best ). Service was excellent and quick. If you're looking for a dessert shop that delivers not just delicious treats but also a delightful experience,Melt N Dip , is the place to be. The crepes are good (big too but are definitely overpriced), the gelato isn't actually gelato (because it's piled into a mound in its display and is brightly colored which gelato can't do/be due to its ingredients and production process) and the gelato is extremely mid. Other than the food the place is usually very busy especially closer to the evening, which makes it very loud - inside and outside because people love to rev their engines in this particular parking lot. The crowd is mostly Arab & middle eastern so if you are gay, alternative, or black expect stares, sometimes it's less other times it's very uncomfortable. I go because there's no where else around that makes the same stuff but keep in mind they know that too so these crepes cost $17.99 before tax! The service is nice, they bring the food to your table. read more

I was super excited to learn about this new place in West Bloomfield. It did not disappoint. The place is spacious. Has enormous selection of various crepes, ice cream, shakes and good cappuccino! Moreover, it does not close at 9pm like many other places. Crepe with Nutella was super yummy and big enough to share with at least 2people, so was the pistachios ice cream. The service can be a bit faster. It took a while to get our cappuccinos and it wasn't super busy there yet. They did just open up so I hope they'll pick up on speed but definitely recommend this place! read more

Always need a good dessert place with a great atmosphere! Food was delicious and fresh! It's pretty big so there is a lot of room for multiple people. If you're not the type of person who likes going out to eat a lot but loves sweets this is for you! read more

Been here multiple times. Highly recommend. This is a clean place with great desserts. The service is great, we met the owner and he was super nice. Took my kids one day after school and they were playing with (I think) the owner's daughter and just having so much fun together as we enjoyed some ice cream and eclairs. We've also door dashed from here and it was just as good. Packaging and presentation is great. No complaints, see yal soon! read more
As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the smell of fresh waffles. I visited on a Friday around 5:30 pm. There were 2 customers in line in front of me and we all were taking our time deciding what to select. Everything looked delicious. I liked that the menu showed actual pictures of all the items available. Each item is made to order so there was a short wait. The Oreo milkshake was the perfect consistency. It wasn't too thick for the straw like some milkshakes. The melt & dip waffle was delicious. The waffle was crunchy on the outside but fluffy inside. The fruit was fresh and crisp. There was a lot of chocolate for my liking, next time I may ask for a little less but it was still good. My passion for 1 is a platter of fruit, eclairs, brownies and marshmallows with a warm chocolate dipping sauce. Again the fruit was delicious and the chocolate was warm. I will be back to try other things on the menu. read more
