The employees love working for the owners. They use as many organic ingredients as they can and get fresh meat from a local farm. They make their own sauces and marinades. This is all per the owner, who is a delight. My husband ordered pancakes and said they were really good. Good flavor and fluffy. I ordered Banana Foster French Toast and it was delicious. They also let us sample their sausage gravy and berry compote, which were both excellent. I can't recommend it more highly and look forward to going back to try their lunch.
