After going to the farmer's market I stopped in for brunch. I started with the apple cider margarita which was delicious. I ordered the breakfast skillet and added chicken sausage and bacon. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My server was the perfect amount of attentive. She allowed my sister and I to run our mouths without constant interruptions. Got carryout from MI Mosa tonight for the first time. Had there grilled chicken sandwich, it comes with fresh mozzarella, and a garlic mayo which was the star of the show. They also served it with homemade chips, usually I love when a restaurant does this but I wasn't impressed this time. Maybe they weren't fresh, who knows?! The place is nicely sized with a decent size bar area and beautiful artwork on the wall. I was with a party of six and our waitress was very attentive and very nice. Food was amazing! I went with some friends and we got the mimosa pitchers for the table and it was perfect, enough for 6 glasses. Loved the amount of flavor options for the mimosas. The reason I didn't rate it five stars was because we waited for 30 minutes like we were told and then they kept pushing back our time until we waited for longer than hour. I went to this place, and granted there was a wait and I didn't mind a wait. I was alone and asked for a seat for one and was told they don't seat parties of one. I was so confused. I also love the fact that you can get their salads in a half portion which seems more appropriate for me. The spicy shrimp that I add makes it a super dish. Most TOO popular and that is one of the problems. Long wait times on the weekends since they don't take reservations on the weekends. During the week they do but when I was there there wasn't an empty seat. Our table of 6 could not hear those at the other end. Menu is limited but doing that allows the kitchen to keep up with the demand. Some fancy items for the sake of being fancy, but some regular items you expect on an American brunch menu.
