After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

A few months ago I had an after market rear view mirror and blind spot detectors installed in my 2006 Honda Element. They were extremely professional and courteous and I was very happy with how things turned out. That alone deserved an excellet review and I am remiss in getting that posted. It's what happened afterwards that makes them a standout. In a nutshell: 1. Work done at Mobile Essences in June 2. Car would not start on Saturday Aug. 8 and I was unable to wait till Monday to go to my regular trusted mechanic, so I went to a chain auto service store and they replaced the 4 month old battery. 3. Car died again 2 days later and they blamed the issue on the wiring of my new rearview camera. 4. This was Wed. and once again I was in a situation where I absolutely needed the car on Friday. I contacted Mobile Essences and asked for their help. They completely dropped everything to help me and said they would look at it immediately. After a thorough inspection, they determined the aftermarket wiring was not the cause. Because they knew I was in a bind, Caleb did some extra troubleshooting, pinpointed the actual issue, and then took it upon himself to call the chain store on my behalf. He called them out for charging me a $189 diagnostic fee while missing the real problem, told them exactly what part needed replacement, and strongly suggested they not charge me for any more diagnostics. That was way over and above what he needed to do. As someone who "doesn't speak car," I would have had no idea how to advocate for myself. I have no doubt Caleb's intervention saved me from being taken advantage of. 5. When I went to pick up my car and asked what I owed, Caleb told me there was no charge. They spent significant time troubleshooting a problem they didn't cause, all to help a customer in need. Mobile Essences puts integrity and customer service above everything else.
