It poured rain and flooded the interior of the boat. Caused 10 grand in damage at least, didn't even have the courtesy or apologizing. You get what you pay for, he can do basic installs, but don't trust him or you'll regret it as I do.

First of the year rolls around and I hear nothing so I called on 2-16 and spoke with them. Seems like there were still having an issue with the part and I said I would go with a different brand. Was told someone would call me back and they haven't called me or emailed. Now it's been going 10 months and the lack of communication through out this whole ordeal is just comical. I really had issues with the infotainment system MIS installed on my 2020 pathfinder in November…read more Apparently MIS will no longer work with the company that made the replacement system due to the excessive issues. After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

they installed an upgraded flatscreen in my car-and the front camera stopped working, which was…read morejust installed 10 days prior and worked flawlessly- they blamed it on the new flatscreen and refused to fix it- the screen they installed was put in by them as an authorized installer, soo, if you mess up someone's front camera- that worked before you touched it- as an authorized installer of the equipment you should be able to find out from the manufacturer what to do to fix it. instead they just sent me an email blaming the flatscreen and not doing anything else about it- then again they are an authorized installer and could have had the screen replaced under warranty (it was brand new in the box...)
