They didn't offer nights/weekends so I arranged to take off work and get a ride. When I showed up it was a scary little garage. Even though I was skeptical I decided I would give the small business a try. They couldn't find my appointment. They texted "john" and expected me to wait for him to maybe text back and determine if he could do the work. After waiting 10 min "john" never texted back. They also let me know that there was an extra $145 expected in addition to the Groupon price??? That is more than the price of the original Groupon. What a scam. I left and requested a refund from Groupon. This place is horrible. Never go there.

Had to call police and get them to assist in the removal of the illegal tracking device. Allen is highly aggressive and refuses to atone for coning the people who come to him for service.
