As a detail fanatic, I'm always looking for the highest standards in car detailing, and I was…read morethoroughly impressed with the service I received. They used Chemical Guys products, which is a must for me, and went above and beyond by steaming the interior and meticulously cleaning every nook and corner. They even took out the spare tire for a thorough detailing! I added an engine detail, and the precision was outstanding. One of my cars is a convertible, which is tricky and time-consuming, but they handled it with expertise. I've tried other detailers before, but I often found flaws once I started using the car. This time, the work was nearly flawless. The only thing I would have liked was the use of a soft brush inside the rims, which they missed. Overall, this is the best detailing service I've experienced, and I I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to give their car a fresh, pristine look. Lets not forget the Rockstars Pedro & Jon who worked so hard. Worth every penny! I think the paper inside where you put your feet would be nice add-on.

They instructed me…read morehow to get the car started, checked to see if they could get the battery before closing and get it installed before closing. When I got the car to his service center he even took the extra step to make sure the battery would be delivered in time even with the snow storm. The battery was installed and the car works fine. He did what he could in the time he had available to get me on the road. No discussion about things he couldn't fix in the time available, just take the obvious first step to get me down the road and sort other problems later if that wasn't the whole repair necessary.

As a result State Farm lowered the claim amount by $1200. Either Collision Center is over charging State Farm, or they are penalizing me for not taking it to their shop. Now, even if I take it to another shop I'll be fighting State Farm for the $1200 from the original estimate. This might also be a good reason not to take your vehicle to a State Farm Approved Vendor.

I have never been here before, but they are a partner with State Farm so I was able to have my car towed here when other shops were completely booked months out. I went in for a window tinting, to include and ceramic coating. Because they were backed up they took over 4 days for this service. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed scratches on the paint. I was slightly annoyed because they called me multiple times after the car was ready to ask when I was coming to pick it up. Only for me to see that the car was not inspected and ready to be delivered. They ended up giving me a discount to make it right and offered to redo. When I picked the car up, I was told about a warranty but not given a detailed receipt or any warranty documents. I had to request this.
