Only spoke to the owner over the phone but we was convincing enough to have me come to them for my ceramic coating as opposed to using the dealer. I went in for a window tinting, to include and ceramic coating. Because they were backed up they took over 4 days for this service. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed scratches on the paint. I was slightly annoyed because they called me multiple times after the car was ready to ask when I was coming to pick it up. Only for me to see that the car was not inspected and ready to be delivered. They ended up giving me a discount to make it right and offered to redo. I accepted and was grateful for the acknowledgment. While their services may take longer than I expected, they offer a rental car or Uber service. They end result looked great however I am concerned that no paperwork work warranty is offered. They have areas of improvement for a professional business but the quality of work appears to be great. As suggestions, I would suggest a legit drop off process. When I dropped my car off, no one even asked for my name or phone number. When I picked the car up, I was told about a warranty but not given a detailed receipt or any warranty documents. I had to request this. read more

Pristine Detail came up through a Google search and when I called I was able to speak to the owner, Mylan, who explained to me the different types of window tints available. I opted to get the ceramic tint in 15% for my car. When I brought my car in, the office was clean, all the staff were friendly and the garage itself had a wide range of cool sports cars they were working on. I left my car there and by the next day I had a text and picture from Mylan saying that it was done! The Xpel Premium brand tints Pristine uses is top notch and has been crucial in rejecting heat and keeping my car cool this past month. They were great about giving a partial refund and redoing the work. However, there still was a lack in attention to detail. Got an inside and outside detailing of my Toyota. They did a really nice job. There were several scratches on the outside that they got rid of.. They're also very nice and professional to deal with, with unfortunately hasn't been my experience at all car places. I'm rating it as a 4 only because when I went to pick it up, there was a small part of the interior that hadn't been cleaned. Great detailing services! I visited before my big move to California. Specifically, I got my windows tinted and a ceramic pro bronze to keep my car clean on my road trip. I am very happy with my ceramic pro bronze. There were so many high end cars but don't let that intimidate you from getting your car detailed here. Unfortunately my experience at pristine detail was not as good as most people's experience. They asked me to bring in my car at 10am so I dropped off my car at 10 and they said it will be done at 4pm so I went back at 4 and discovered they were still working on my car and my seats were totally out of the car still. They said to come back in an hour so I went back in an hour and they still weren't done so I waited 30 more minutes when they said 15. Then they guilt trip me by saying that my car was very dirty that's why it took so long, but it was not. Also I woke up this morning seeing my car ceiling were soaked since they waited til too late to shampoo my seats so it was soaked when I picked it up then overnight it got soaked on the ceiling. They did an ok job. I was getting tint removed on my truck. They did leave some glue spots through out the windshield other than the spots that they told me about. The side windows looked great, no left over glue at all. It was the back window that was the main problem. I had never asked them to remove that tint but they did anyway. I had only wanted the windshield and two side windows done. Not a huge deal that they did it but the problem was the quality. There is still tint left along the top of the rear window. And they scraped away big chunks of the defrosting strips that are on the window. They left bits of old glue all over the inside of my can and they also broke the phone mount that I had and didn't tell me. Not sure if this was just a one time problem but it's a bit annoying. read more

I found a couple places which were overlooked and brought the truck back the next day. Although busy, we were treated like we were the most important clients they had. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE I was looking to get my jeep ceramic coated about a month ago. I contacted Pristine Detail for more information and pricing. I spoke with the owner, Mylan. I decided to go with the ceramic gold package. They would be more than happy to pick up and drop my jeep off. A major selling point. I was assured it would be complete in 3 days and returned to me on Friday. Fiday came and went, also Saturday. I contacted Mylan on Saturday that is was no big deal but, I had an event on Sunday and would need the vehicle back by 1030 am on Sunday. I was assured it would be delivered. Sunday approximately 430 it showed up. Only to find out it wasn't completed. As I looked at it in the sun swirl marks on passenger fender that were never there before. I told the driver to take it back with him, as I missed the event already. I stopped by on Wednesday to see where everything was. Vehicle looked good in the shop. It was supposed to be dropped off on Thursday. Thursday came and went, no vehicle. Finally got it back Friday. A process that I wad told that would take 3 days, ended up taking almost 2 weeks. I've had it back for about a week and a half. Sitting in an underground heated garage. I took it to a spray wash today, first time since I got it back. Really sunny out, cleaned and dried the vehicle. Swirl marks all over the vehicle. I am more than disappointed. 1400 dollars to wreck my jeep. Now, I need to find someplace to correct all the damage. UPDATE 03/14/20 RESPONSE TO OWNER First of all weather was never brought up by anyone at Pristine. The reasons for the delay according to the owner is that he was going on vacation and while on vacation they ran out of ceramic pro. It was on overnight and would arrive Saturday morning. ( now almost a week out). Next delivery was promised on Thursday , when i received a call from Mylan, that the vehicle wouldn't be able to be delivered because the driver was moving that night. ( now 10 days in to a 3 day process). Why in the world would I take it back for a follow up inspection when you are the people that screwed it up? I will be pursuing this legally. The vehicle was in perfect condition when you received it. Now I have to find someone that can repair it. Also, what you stated as reasons for not being able to deliver it in the 3 days as promised, are completely false. I have all the text messages. read more

Pristine detail helped me get the smell of smoke and cologne out of my car in less than 30 minutes with their ozone treatment, and they don't over charge for there services.
