As a detail fanatic, I'm always looking for the highest standards in car detailing, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. They used Chemical Guys products, which is a must for me, and went above and beyond by steaming the interior and meticulously cleaning every nook and corner. They even took out the spare tire for a thorough detailing! I added an engine detail, and the precision was outstanding. One of my cars is a convertible, which is tricky and time-consuming, but they handled it with expertise. I've tried other detailers before, but I often found flaws once I started using the car. This time, the work was nearly flawless. The only thing I would have liked was the use of a soft brush inside the rims, which they missed. Overall, this is the best detailing service I've experienced, and I I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to give their car a fresh, pristine look. There are no 0 stars. Climate control system worked and displayed fine when the vehicle was dropped off, when picked up it was non functional. Whether the cause was from the steam cleaning or their manipulation of the controls we eventually had to take the vehicle to the dealer and they had to reinstall the system to get it functioning. We notified Davilas of the issue before the dealer work and received affirmation from them that they'd be financially responsible but when the final cost was shown them they backed down and declined to pay. So Beware and Be Smart, document, document, document the condition of your vehicle before using their services. No Goodwill here, there are other choices. read more

To be honest I am quite disappointed, I paid for not only an interior detailing but also extra for pet hair. Which after everything was done I still see some pet hair which I am disappointed for how much I paid. In total I paid over $200. Based on other reviews I was looking forward to my car being completely spotless. Booking a detail job at Davila's was a weird experience. You pay in advance on their website. And then you meet them at their rental garage, located underneath the light rail construction site in St. Louis Park. Very surreal. But the results speak for themselves. For less money than the competition, Davila's did an EXCELLENT job on my interior detail. Took only an hour and 20 minutes, and they were quite thorough. I'd say about 99% of my car's interior was spotless. The guy who gave me back my keys encouraged me to come in once a year for detailing. But at this good price and good service, I'll likely come back more often. read more

On all aspects Davila's was just amazing. Customer service: They responded to all the messages within 15 minutes and gave all estimates and pricing accurately. They were relatively on time and the technicians that day went over what they would do and how long it would take. Value: The car was detailed thoroughly and not a spot was missed. The brought their steamer /vacuum right to my house and I didn't have to go crazy dropping the car off and waiting for it. I work from home so i could see them right out of the window. And the price was reasonable too. When I called to setup my appointment, they were friendly and quick. They asked me what day I'm available and then told me to text them my address. A couple of days later, they came to clean my car. They were on time and did a wonderful job! I wanted to get my carpets inside my car cleaned because I spilled a ridiculous amount of juice on them. After their cleaning, everything looked brand new. Davila's was wonderful to work with. I had what felt like a bit of an emergency in that my niece threw up in my car the day before I was supposed to lend it to my son for a road trip. Francisco fit my car in hours before he promised he could work it in to the schedule and the job was done by the close of the work day. The interior detail job is BEAUTIFUL!! Looks as good as the day we bought it, if not better! I requested no scent and the car is sparkling clean but indeed without any perfume-y odor. Francisco was very easy to work with, communicated very quickly, and his brother Roberto was also polite and really helpful. The price seemed comparable to other detailing places I called. I found Davila's for auto detailing after searching on Yelp. I was able to book the appointment on line, easy to find a time slot that I wanted and easy to pay. The detailers showed up EXACTLY on time, we discussed what I wanted and we went through the car when it was finished. Super efficient, professional, and GREAT work. Coming to my house -- added bonus! I have a 10 year old Volkswagon sedan that has only ever been cleaned by myself (not great) and I decided it was finally time to get a professional cleaning. I could never get out the winter salt/dirt carpet stains and we now have a toddler adding in goldfish and milk spills. The carpet and interior is now so clean and good looking I cannot believe it. Charged for a service I didn't get! I booked a mobile service, but 30 minutes later they contacted me to say it wasn't possible to do that service at my home and would require me to bring the car to them. That didn't work for me, so I requested to cancel the appointment and get refunded. They agreed to do that. All of this less than an hour after I booked. Should be no big deal, right? WRONG. I never did get that refund for an almost $500 charge. I contacted them multiple times. They said they processed the refund, but I didn't get it. I shared with them a screenshot of my card statement to prove it to them. Multiple times they said they were going to contact their bank about it, but they never got back to me. Now it's been a month, I still don't have a refund, and am having to spend my hours of my time gathering documents for a dispute against the charge, hoping my bank will fix it. I don't think they were trying to scam me, but obviously they have trouble with their systems and should have gotten me my refund. Now I'm just hoping I'm not out $500 and my bank says it could be another 30-60 days until this is sorted. My advice, DO NOT PREPAY FOR SERVICE OR BOOK VIA THEIR WEBSITE. read more

My car was a disaster. Like, 13 years old, vacuumed twice ever, road tripped across the US 3x in it, exploded a wine bottle in it, ride home sweaty from the gym it, disaster. After two hours, it now looks like I've purchased it off the lot. There isn't a dust speck in sight, the grime I swore would be impossible to clean is gone, and the upholstery is nearly stain free. I asked if they could remove my electric seat in my car since that is where the vomit removal happened. That is what I needed. The sides of my seat was not checked and that is part of the interior. I had to show them where they missed and I didn't have time for them to get it all. I also advised them they would need to get in the back of the seat, but that didn't happen. I had to remove the rest of the vomit from where it really needed to be removed. read more

Fabulous! These guys are great. I had an 8x10 rug and small area on my sofa that needed to be freshened because of baby vomit-yuck no staining just smell. Cleaned it all for 100! Incredibly reasonable compared to other estimates I had gotten. They were very friendly and personable. They were considerate wearing masks. They also wore foot coverings taking them on and off each time they went in and out the door. They even had a corner guard for their hose to protect my corner drywall/ baseboard. They were careful bringing up the hose to the house and through the house because it was wet and snowy outside. I'm definitely using them again for all carpet cleaning and if I ever need grout or auto detailing these are my guys. So pleased. read more

The interior detailing was good but they were unable to complete the job which involved removing rear window film. Prior to accepting the job, they had said that the film would be removed as part of the package, but when I picked up the car, they said they could not remove the window film. No discount was given for the failing to do the whole job. I was disappointed. read more
