I've been to a WaterWerks before, and have had great experiences. Plus, I desperately needed an interior vacuum and love that they have them at their locations. I opted for a mid-tier car wash, and love that even with that option they have a human element/touch - someone spraying the car off at the start. They kicked off the experience with a friendly and welcoming smile. My car got sudzed up and cleaned off to perfection - then I headed to the free vacuums for car wash customers to end. They had great suction and had handy trash cans onsite too! As someone whose car is constantly piled high, this was a much needed quality clean. Thank you!

We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! We have recommended many friends to this car wash and will continue to do so. Thanks Tony and Mike!!
