Josh is a hero and I would recommend him to anyone. I brought him a very dirty car - I didn't even understand the depth of the mess. I dropped it off with him at noon on a Sunday and he kept me updated by text along the way, as he realized how much work it was going to take. By the time he asked me to come pick it up, it was 8 pm - and he was still cheery and walked me through all that he found. Despite spending nearly an entire day on the car (which he said topped the dirtiest cleaning job he had ever done - oh my!), he still charged his flat rate, with only two very very reasonable add-on charges for the degree of cleaning required. Josh was super communicative and was able to fit me in last-minute due to a scheduling conflict. He picked up and dropped off my car from my house in South Minneapolis! I checked a few other places in the area and Josh's prices were the best I found. He did a fantastic job, the car seemed like it hadn't ever been cleaned by the previous owner and had some DEEP dirtiness. He got in all the nooks and crannies - his attention to detail is great. Looking for a place to get my car detailed when I came across the Josh Wash. Made an appointment for a week hence. Josh arrived at my house at the exact time agreed on, and picked up my car. At the time he was to return it, he texted and said that he was still working on it. Then he texted and said that he was bringing it back. Car looks great. He communicated to me at the times he said he would, including reminders the week and day before. Impressive. This is not something I do all the time, but it was a rough winter. We needed someone who is focused just on detailing. I did not want to use Paradise or Mister Car Wash. I firmly recommend Josh for getting your car done well. He has a lot of experience and the interior looked like we had a new car. He was flexible with our pickup time and allowed us to get the car around 8 in the morning on a Saturday. Josh CLEANED my car today. I never knew why car detailing was called detailing. Well, Josh cleaned every little detail in my vehicle. The big detail was removing golden retriever hair - which he did. When I arrived home, I put the portable dog kennel in the rear of my station wagon - my car is clean and I want to keep it that way. Also, Josh is a very nice person. If local dealerships are not in business with Josh, they ought to be. This guy took the interior of a 10 year old jeep and made it new again. This jeep has been through road trips, 3 small kids, pets, you name it.
