I bought a Groupon and when I called to redeem I was immediately told there was a $30-40 up charge based on my vehicle (midsize suv). Then when I arrived I was told there'd be another up charge for pet hair. In total I paid almost 200 so the Groupon is misleading IMO and all they did was vacuum the car and put tire shine on the wheels. As for quality of the service? There's still dirt all over my doors, they don't dress or shine the dash/doors, they didn't even clean the interior of my tailgate, and the ketchup on seatbelt? Still there. read more

They refused service because they found a clip to a gun in the trunk. No gun was present in the car, only the clip. That's like refusing service if you find a sheath without a sword. It's not dangerous. It's also not illegal. I would've removed it had I noticed it prior to dropping off the car, but either way it shouldn't have been an issue. Wasted a bunch of time making an appointment 3 weeks out and arranging to be without a car for the day since they told me it would take 6+ hours, only to get a call hours later that this dude "felt too uncomfortable" to do his job. When I go to pickup the car, the owner says it was just that one guys personal choice/opinion. Okay so get someone else to do the service? Weird behavior from a business. read more

Went here to get my vehicle detailed. Was expecting perfection since it cost $80 to get the interior cleaned. However when they were done with my vehicle there were still spots. Had the guy come back and showed him and he brought it back and worked on it himself and got out all the spots and even some I didn't see. I just appreciate the fact that they made a mistake and were very eager to correct it. Will return. Updated. Oct 4th Just got my Jeep detailed and worked on and they did a fast and great job. Abdallah is a wonderful mechanic! He has helped us out many times, often at the last minute and always at a reasonable price. The first time we met was on a Saturday morning. I had just gotten a new mini van, and the check engine light came on! Of course, because these things are never convenient, it was right before my son was leaving on a trip. He was willing to meet with us, got the problem diagnosed and we were on our way! We were very grateful for his quick help. Since then, he had helped us on many occasions. We have several cars that he services, and he always does a great job. I know there is also a great team at Unique, and I haven't gotten to know them but I'm sure I will. Who's the dimwit that left the windows down and the sunroof open overnight during a torrential downpour? I did! I did! Who had to wait 2 days to try to get all the water out of the carpets? Me! Me! Yeah...fun times! All the auto detailing spots close to me...weren't open during the weekend, were closed because of the rain, couldn't fit me in for weeks or just plain suck at what they do and the thought of skulking back to the last place I went to (cue in previous not so kind review of car detailing spot) was depressing. Abdallah was...AMAZING! Yes. He's the bomb! He took one look at the inside of my car and was like...I got you boo! Well, not his exact words but (I was so happy that he didn't turn me away and could fit me in as a walk in, with 2 hours before they closed) that that's how my mind processed the situation. He also didn't charge me an arm and a leg to get the job done. Interior detail of a water logged car, $85...SCORE! I'm not kidding, every other place quoted me $175+ with a 1-2 week wait. I also peeped what a full exterior/interior costs at Unique, $125 ($20 more for SUVs). With their attention to detail, THAT my friends is a steal. Any where else would charge you $$$ AND throw in that "NOPE, not gonna vacuum that trunk" for an extra $5. True story. It happened to me last time (once again, peep my other car detailing place review). If I were you, I would run not walk...Put that pedal to the metal and get your durty ride up in there! He was very welcoming when I came and thoroughly went over my car with me. It came out looking amazing and he addressed all the areas I reviewed with him and even went above and beyond with special attention to hard to reach areas. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but this business has it. I returned a few weeks later with a different car that needed some cleaning to headliner and they took care of it no charge. There is no need to go anywhere else for me. i made an appt to see if my car was travel ready for a road trip the people were nice over the phone and in person told me to check everything would be free, when they called to tell me the price of 63 dollars she said i only needed front breaks! i confirmed with her 63!? TWICE (for i have 4 go to mechanics who were unavailable to check my car hence going to a nearby shop) and i know thats a good deal before i called back to confirm to proceed i contacted two of them to see if i should do it as well as the person who was paying for them, when my vehicle was picked up they tried to charge me 663 dollars and said i misheard them i repeated it twice back to them on the very first call and when i called back to confirm with proceeding and they kept denying that and said i didnt listen to the whole price and for hourly pay of labor is 115 dollars and it took 2 hours, you may need new employees if it takes two hours to put on breaks WHO THE HELL IS PAYIN 600+ DOLLARS ON BREAKS ON A HONDA? i asked to replay the message and they ended up reducing the price to 344 dollars i am not saying they dont do good work or they are bad people but this is defiantly disrespectful and intolerable IF YOU ARE FEMALE i would not recommend getting scammed here. others may have had wonderful empierces but here is mine. also charged me for more than breaks which i did not approve of!! read more

We purchased a vehicle from the owner, Abdallah, and after driving it for two week the fuel pump went out, followed by the transmission a week after that. Because the vehicle was purchased "as is", he was unwilling to assist with any costs for repair or take any responsibility for the vehicle he sold. Legally that is his right, but ethically I would hope someone in the business would have wanted to end up with a happy and potentially repeat customer. It just makes good business sense, plus it's the right thing to do. (We ended up scrapping the vehicle due to the cost of repairs being greater than the value of the car and are out about $3000.) The pricing is reasonable but I wasn't overly impressed with the results. I went with the interior cleaining only. I have an SUV and I assumed that everything carpeted would be shampooed but the floor in the back was not shampooed and I'm not sure why not. The main thing that looked better was getting the carpets shampooed. Other than that it looked the same as if I cleaned it myself. Another thing that bothered me was I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and asked them to call me when it was finished. They said it could take between 3-5 hours. Well after 4 hours with no call I came back and it was just sitting in the parking lot. It would have been nice to get a call. read more

I had a social coupon for interior detailing, but I would definitely come back here without one. They did such a wonderful job on my car, it's like having a brand new car. The inside was absolutely filthy when I brought it in--probably two years since I cleaned it myself--and I had just smeared dirt in several places after forgetting gloves when I went to buy sod. Today, when I drove up to my co-worker's house for carpool, she almost didn't want to get in, it was so clean. There is neither a speck of dust, nor a smudge to be found. They have a night drop box, so you can leave your car overnight in their lot and come get it the next day, or you can wait in the shop. The shop could use some of the TLC they show to your car, though, so do not be alarmed. Not sure what's going on in there, so don't plan to wait around unless you absolutely have to. For me, though, all I care about is the finished product. They delivered! read more

I purchased a crowd cut for here hoping they could do a better job getting all the dog hair out of my car than I could. They told me it could take up to four hours, so I went in, brought my laptop and a bunch of paperwork to do. They ended up getting done in 2 hours and it looked amazing!!!! Seriously, amazing!
