Very good experience buying a used car. Car buying is stressful, but I got a great car, good price, no headaches. Highly recommended.

The number of photos and angles of each shot left little room for surprises. We'd wasted plenty of time heading out to look at other trucks where pictures were intentionally deceptive, so, that was refreshing. We did our test drive with a copy of our license. On return, we had a couple of questions about exhaust mods done by the previous owner. There was no attempt to spin answers. We had an open discussion and shared information. We felt we were treated fairly, with no shady business practices. They were neither pushy nor evasive. Ultimately, we left with the truck. Bonus for feeding us monster cookies while the paperwork was being wrapped up.

I'm here to honestly warn you about these guys. I was in contact with Ashlee, I'm not sure which family member she is but she doesn't know anything and refused to tell me why I don't have a title. I contacted the DMV, and they revealed that there was a problem with the title between them and Perfect 10. I tried again to discover what the issue is. Silent. The son, I don't even know his name, is never around and doesn't return calls. The problem is he's the only one that knows anything and he's nowhere to be found. At the end of the day, do not buy cars from ppl with questionable business practices. I got screwed but you don't have to. They don't have anything here that you won't find at another, more reputable dealership. I'm going to the DMV today to talk to the Dealer's division since 2 months wasn't enough time for Perfect 10 to obtain correct and legal documentation. I will update this review when I find out exactly what's going on and exactly how sketchy Perfect 10 auto is.

My online search, focused on something less bad for the environment, turned up a couple manual transmissions, which surprised me. My old car was a 5 speed so that's what I prefer, but I thought they were dying out. One of them was at the Friendly Bargain Lot, and Car Guru rated it a great deal. Juwan was patient and helpful with my difficulties getting to an initial test drive, luckily one of my kids came through and let me borrow his car. I test drove the car at the top of my list, and it was smooth like a new car, and seemed to accelerate super easy. I did test drive another just for comparison, but I think I really knew I had found my car when I had the first one on the highway. Having just retired a couple weeks ago, this was not ideal timing, but I told Juwan I would check about borrowing from life insurance, which was how I had financed the last one. He told me they would actually give me something for my old car, too, even though it wasn't running, Luckily my policy had more than enough value to borrow what I needed. The CarFax report already told me the current price was a bargain, so I didn't plan to try to get it down unless the inspection turned up something. Juwan stayed in touch with me over the weekend to make sure we could get this done. The inspection was perfect, so I was buying the car! We had to go to the main dealership for that part. The finance guys did try to add on some extras, and fees were more than I remembered, so I had to politely refuse most of them, They were not pushy about it, though, and soon I was on my way home with a shiny new to me car,

From what we could immediately see, it already had a very cracked windshield and did not match the online description. The description stated it was a GLT model with a sunroof and other amenities. It was a base model lacking most of the listed amenities. At that point, I was still looking into buying it, the ad was just inaccurate. Had the car lifted at the shop next door and had a mechanic friend look at it. Under the engine there was coolant and oil, which the mechanic stated was just uncleaned residue from when he replaced the timing belt. The next day we drove it to a friend's mechanic shop to have a more extensive inspection. It was about a 20 mile drive, and by the time the car arrived it was leaking oil pretty badly. Head gasket was spewing oil. On further inspection, the electrics had been poorly redone with shoddy wiring and zip ties. We took it back and told them what was wrong with it and that it would cost $3,000+ to repair. Their response was "someone will buy it." They wanted $2,500 for a junk car and were prepared not to tell anyone what was wrong with it to make a sale. I wouldn't trust them with a used car purchase!
