    Jesse Wood in service rocks! I brought my boyfriends very abused Subaru in while he was away for work for an oil change, alignment, and new tires. He was able to get everything done quickly and communicate very well via text to have him approve or decline a couple extra suggestions from the tech working on his car which he explained very well. They even give my puppy a super cute toy to enjoy while we waited. I highly recommend working with Jesse! There is also an awesome female parts advisor (I can't remember her name) who walked me through tire options for his vehicle over the phone yesterday. She gave me straightforward pricing and listened to what I was look for instead of just shoving the most expensive tires my way. I don't recall her name but she deserves major kudos for the assistance! I had called 5 other places before this dealer and they all sounded like they hated their job and didn't care to listen or provide any help over the phone. Her help is what made me drive 40 mins to service there! Flawless transition from parts to BDC service scheduling through the appointment. Awesome job Team White Bear Subaru! We will be bringing our vehicles there for service from here on out!

    I bought an '84 mustang LX convertible from these guys. Overall good experience. Had to play hardball to get the price I wanted but that is car sales. Paid cash, was done with the transaction in about 40 minutes, and left with a full tank of gasoline! They even let me keep the sweet "collector" plates the previous owner left on my awesome car. Julius, the salesman - call him- even showed up at 8:50 AM when he normally works at 1pm to close my sale. He even sent extra photos of the underbody. FROM HIS CELL PHONE! That's dedication. Also, they will let you charge your iPhone while you wait! I will never forget the photographed moment, when after a seven and a half hour, three bus journey, I saw my stang.... Bear in mind there was a storm the night before. When the sale closed my car was warmed and the ice cleaned. It runs great and for the price I paid, I feel great about my purchase! NEED A CAR? CALL JULIUS AT WHITE BEAR SUBARU! ACCEPT NO SUBSTITUTES!

    Bought our 2024 Crosstrek here and we come in regularly for scheduled maintenance. Staff is always friendly and service is quick.

(I'm in the situation that I am in because Sallie Mae is a terrible student loan provider that demanded $2200/month despite I tried to work it out). To meet with Jerry, you need to set an appointment. Jerry listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions regarding my bankruptcy case, he wasn't judgemental of the situation that I'm in, and listened to what kind of car I am looking for. Make sure you reserve 1 hour 30 minutes... we talked and test drive a few cars. He even had me test drive a car that was someone just brought in for a trade. My loan application was denied due to the bankruptcy and Jerry said it was expected. I've been in bankruptcy less than 10 months, but Jerry worked to get it approved. I am also appreciative that he was patient with my situation since I was also in the process of working with my car insurance company. Jerry was also communicative via email and phone/text. Overall, a positive experience despite the unexpectedly having to get a new used car.

They went over everything on that Friday, gave me a price and come monday when I went to pick up my car they said I owe double what they originally told me. So long story short, they failed to double check to see if the labor was fully covered, which it wasn't because white bear claimed they sent over an increase labor price at the beginning of the year, which my warranty said they never got so on my 15 hour of labor part of it was covered. Aftet telling me multiple times they will talk to their manager and get back to me , which they never did, or even leave me messages about an attempt to fix the situation, I ended paying close to $500 for the difference in labor cost because of their mistakes. I don't like being lied to multiple times just to get me off the phone. You are supposed to be a professional adult in a business setting, deal with the situation and take ownership of your mistakes if you messed up.

Brian not only filled my wish list but exceeded my expectations by finding a Veloster even more top shelf then I knew was possible! I'm not easy when it comes to my ride, I expect perfection in a car and Brian was fun as well as made it happen. I've enjoyed every visit to Buerkle from service visits to just checking in to see what the new line of Veloster's coming in have to offer. Buerkle will be stuck with me for years and it's their fault for keeping me in awesome, problem free cars and treating me like a good friend when I am there! Bravo again Buerkle, I didn't think it was possible but I love my new Turbo Veloster even more than my last one, you guys rock!

    Purchased 2025 Tucson PHEV in May. When did you ever have to ask, "How is your HVAC system…read moreESPECIALLY for floor boards. I documented and THIS DEALERSHIP didn't allow me to work directly with the technician. Compare that with Morries - I absolutely recommend them- where the technician was honest with me that Hyundai F'ed up (MY word) their PHEV HVAC system - that the floor heat is prioritied last - when outdoor is under 20 degrees and lower don't expect floor heat. WHO EVER THOUGHT WE NOW NEED TO ASK if the heat will work in the winter? To add more facts: dashboard heat was 60 degrees warmer than the floor when all heat is directed to feet only (logged over 2 months with a meat thermometer) - I brought all my testing to LUTHER and they said - hybrids are known for this. NO THEY ARE NOT! My Lexus worked great. Regardless, it is working as designed. Although I purchased the 10 year service plan, Luther had made the sale and post sale - if you don't fit into their troubleshooting flow chart - get the customer out the door. Why i am not happy with Luther is the ego - that nothing I said mattered. ON THE OTHERHAND, Morries totally cared and agreed with everything I said BUT EXPLAINED to me what the criteria he needed to prove so that corporate would assist us. We own 2 Hyundais and the other isn't PHEV and works great. We were up for purchasing a car but FOR SURE NOT WITH LUTHER dealerships and not a Hyundai. Luther dealership FAILED to be honest during the sale. The PHEV HVAC system is a known customer complaint. Luther would only follow their process - that it is working as designed - however it certainly doesn't meet Minnesota requirements. My previous car was a Lexus Hybrid and LOVED IT! The only reason I let it go is it wasn't tall enough when competing with semi trucks and SUVs. So my suggestions is if working with Hyundai be sire the HVAC system works and no to Luther bit a HUGE YES to Morries.
