My gosh where to start. First off Kirk was the man at finding me a reliable car within my budget and getting me approved with a 587 credit score. He really out his nose to the grindstone and made it happen. I ended up driving away in an amazing 2022 Honda Civic Sport with only 8,300 miles on it!! I drive a lot for work and managed to also get me an extended warranty/service contract for 5 years- 150,000 miles which was the entire extent of the loan. Justin also was great explaining the features of the car and getting the paperwork done with me in under 45 mins!!! Any other time I've bought a car it was an all day ordeal. Sadly 3 weeks after purchasing the car, I was t-boned by another driver and my beautiful new car was totaled. I was devastated. After it was towed I needed to retrieve my belongings. But my title hadn't been transferred yet. So I called the office and the owner Jim Long answered and helped me. I had him on speakerphone with the attendant at the tow yard and after Jim was told what would be needed for me to get my belongings out of the car and have it released to my insurance, he got right on it. He personally made a trip to the DMV to get the paperwork and I was able to move the process along within 24 hours. So not only did Kirk unexpectedly get me financed for a pretty much brand new awesome car, but Justin had my old car traded in with all paperwork filled out and signed in under an hour and 3 weeks later after the car was totaled Jim went out of his way to get the paperwork needed to keep my insurance claim moving. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AGAIN AMAZING QUALITY VEHICLES WITH UNREAL QUALITY SERVICE!!! One more important detail that shows how much class this place has and how caring they are is the first thing Jim said when I called about the paperwork was, "I heard what happened. Are you OK?" Where all other dealers would see this as an opportunity to sell me another car, not once during the conversation was anything about that mentioned. I was deeply in need of a reliable vehicle at a very low cost. I was referred to Long's Auto Place for their quality and customer care by friend. Justin, Jim and the team at Long's worked with me and made me feel comfortable with my decision and stayed within my budget. I hadn't purchased anything late model used and knew there might be some work needed down the line. When I ended up having some repairs needed some time down the line, Long's was there to take care of me and did repairs at a fair rate and very quickly. Bob who runs the shop is a great guy. Justin Long is the kind of person who makes used car salesmen look bad. The man has no honor at all. Kirk, who was in fact wonderful to work with, had agreed to put a certain type of new tires on my vehicle as part of the purchase agreement and Justin agreed. However when the time came, Justin gave me a different, lesser style of tires. After talking to Kirk, even after Kirk told Justin that he had told me I was to get the better type of tires as part of the purchase agreement, Justin Long and Jim Long refused to honor the agreement, even after admitting it had been their mistake. The man is a POS to work with. He even tried to extort more money from me to upgrade the tires! Justin made the mistake, and over a couple of hundred dollars difference, let me leave a dissatisfied customer with tires I had not agreed to. read more

Wes at Long's Auto Place put me in a great position to build my credit and at the same time put me behind the wheel of a nice, safe and reliable vehicle. They are not like other used car dealerships I've visited. The vehicles are all newer and are a much higher quality than other lots. They inspect every car and even put a warranty on everything they sell too. I wanted to get a luxury car on their lot that was within my budget but would have stretched me pretty thin. But instead of letting me get in over my head, they explained the benefits of a more affordable vehicle that still has all of the options as the luxury car. I had much more affordable payments and after a couple years of on time payments I will be able to come back to the lot and get whatever car I want with a good interest rate. First this place coming in was very nice and the guy that helped me was Kirk, he was a nice guy but bragged about there 5 star review and I was like hmm maybe this is a legit place that's very good at what they do. But I test drove a car it had problems and he said they would fix it and they would give me a call in a day. 2 days later no call so I give them a call and they tell me it hasn't been fixed, but will be Friday which it was Wednesday when I called. so I set up an appointment for Saturday and he told me I will get a call if the car is not fixed by my appointment time at 9am on Saturday. So I show up at 9:10 and to my surprise they have canceled my appointment and the car was still not fixed and I didn't receive any phone call about it. So I wanted to see if I could get approved for a loan I know it would be hard since I have a low credit score but it's very possible I'm not a rude person but I don't like when dealers try to be pushy. So I go in the back to see if I could even get a loan for the car, this guy in the back asks for my id and then very rudely asks "do you even have credit "? Your only 18 and I tell him yes I think I have like 600 something I have had a credit card for the past 7 months. So he tells me I don't think you could even get a loan and I tell him my buddy got a loan with worse credit and it was 10,000 more and he didn't like that so he gets very rude at this point telling me to leave and that I know nothing I'm just a kid and all this stuff that was just so damn rude. All I'm gonna tell you is STAY AWAY! It's a rice street dealer 5star rating no way Lol they have some nice cars but post cars that have problems and try to sell them for 2-3k over kbb. read more

Engaged Long Auto Place Inc. to negotiate and obtain a new vehicle for me from Subaru. They negotiated and got me a 10% discount from the dealer with all the specs that I had identified.
