I can't say enough about Mila. Her thoughtfulness and honesty throughout this whole process was refreshing. Mila and Max brought a wealth of knowledge about Enterprise and the car I bought. I can honestly say this is the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Your great at what you do and your customer service is beyond what I could have hoped for!! Niki M. Sales person scheduled us for a 5:30 test drive. We arrived early and were not attended to until almost 5:40. We were then told we would not be able to meet with the sales person that scheduled us, instead a "team member" will be with us shortly. We sat until close and were never attended to. I no longer have any interest in the vehicle. Based off of pure principle I will never purchase at this location. I will also advise anyone who will listen not to purchase at this location. Very poor customer service and time management, thanks Peter! read more

Difficult to work with. I didn't get that new car feeling when driving off the lot. I had to replace things days after purchase. They promised so many things and I'm still waiting and it's been months. I recommend going to a reputable dealer. read more

I had a great experience purchasing my used car from Enterprise. I also was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism as well as the personable nature of the service. Jay was awesome and worked with me so that I walked away with a vehicle choice that that was right for me. It was a fun experience, that included complete explanations and documentation. Thank you Jay for working with me that day. I will definitely be recommending Enterprise Car sales to my friends and family in the future. read more

I'm a single mother of three. My oldest is Autistic. I work in delivery. Without a car I can't work and I have to go on Welfare so the world can take care of kids that I can take care of because someone doesn't want to sell me a car with $2200 down. I jad half that down a few months ago. No discount for buying my 3rd car from Enterprise or for spending almost 1000 for a rental once insurance was done covering the cost. Not too far from being just like CarHop. Better off getting a loan on your own then purchasing a vehicle. Some of the vehicles are dirty an they sale for the same price as a clean one. Smh customer service will never be good because everyone wants money money money. Why would I refer you wjen you don't want my repeat business. I guess it doesn't pay to be Black in this world. Thanks Alex (Manager) Tia an the worst of them all Mila. They'll have you come all the way in like your approved then tell you tpu need more down. I asked them to start the application process when my car was first totaled. I could have been saving the down payment. $2200 down just isn't enough. Liars, Scammers and thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE GAP BECAUSE IT DOES NOT COVER THE GAP. Promised tires then they changed their minds after they got the sale. It has taken them a month and a half to help me with my total loss and purchase through them because keep selling the cars that they tey to finance. Why can't I pay to hold the vehicle. The manager took my file but didn't tell me that he was going on vacation. I didn't hear anything for 3 days. Then he came back with new numbers from a different company then he originally said he was working with. They will not give me enough time to come up with the payment. They say rent from them while you wait I've been waiting a mo th and a half paying rental costs, think you get a discount for renting through them. Sure don't no perks. read more

I had a wonderful experience when buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Burnsville, MN. Chia was amazing. She even helped walk me through getting new car insurance. There was a little hiccup with an issue from my other insurance, and she happily walked me through that too (even taking notes for me while I was on the phone figuring stuff out). Needless to say, she was beyond patient with me. She was insistent on giving me ALL of the options available in regards to insurance and financing. Before leaving, Chia made sure I knew many of the features that my new car had to offer, and helped me set up my Bluetooth (first time doing it-would not have figured it out without her)! I'm extremely grateful for Chia. Buying a car has never been this easy. read more

Tia was great. I had received a message from Enterprise about their used rental cars and had been looking at them. I was interested in a Nissan Rogue, having rented a Nissan Pathfinder for a major trip last year. She located the car that I'd looked at online and worked out the finances in order for me to buy it. Tia is very knowledgeable about the rental car sales business. I noticed that she has a trophy on her windowsill awarded for being #1 in sales. I can see why. I like that she continues to be available to answer additional questions as some that I didn't think to ask come up. Thank you, Tia! Marilyn G read more

Worked with Tia and my partner and I can not say enough amazing things about her. From our first interaction to when we drove off in our new car, to Tia checking in a couple days later, literally every single interaction was absolutely amazing. We went to a different dealership earlier in the day and had an awful experience, but Tia at Enterprise Car Sales turned our not great day into an amazing day. I will 100% be recommending Tia at Enterprise to any friends/family that is looking to buy a car and when the time comes again for us to get another car, Tia will be the person to go to. read more

I was recently in a car accident that totaled my new SUV. I had went to the local Enterprise in Forest Lake to get a car, and from the very beginning they were amazing to work with. They were able to connect me with Alexander Warne in Spring Lake Park. He made my car buying absolutely PAINLESS. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, and will definitely remember that for the future! I did not even have to leave my home! Amidst the Corona craze.. I was able to get my new vehicle delivered to my HOUSE.. AND he returned the rental car for me as well!! I just cannot express enough gratitude for the above and beyond costumer service!! read more

Came into the lot on Monday looked at a truck wasn't sure on the color and my bank was closed anyway so the sales person DJ called another location and had them deliver the color I wanted in the same truck with lower miles and just $200 more on the price tag. Essentially the same truck but it had goodyears on it so that sold me even more. They gave me a value for my trade in the day before and i believe it was good for 7 days or 300 miles Trade in value was fair. They use kelly blue book so you can go online and take the KBB quiz to see the ballpark number. Closing was easy I financed through Anoka County Credit Union and they are a preferred lender so they know everyone at he credit union. It was just a matter of them giving a call and talking to them and I was out the door with my new truck. Again DJ was great she wasn't pushy and she made the buying experience great. The prices on the lot are excellent and they had 3 trucks that I wanted at the same mileage and price point and it was just basically pick what color. Wouldn't hesitate to go again for my next. read more

Wow!! What an incredible buying experience at this dealership! All of the sales and account services people were so great at helping me and my nephew purchase his new car - all the way from California, even! I want to give a HUGE "shout out" to Alex, Tasha, and Amy!! These three ladies are wonderful, super-friendly, and they went out of their way to make my nephew's 1st car purchase a sheer delight!! They worked closely with my credit union to make this happen for us! I would gladly recommend this dealership for purchasing a car! Thank you, ladies! read more

I had the best sales experience with Tia! She will take care of you. She kept checking in with me to keep me updated during the entire sales process and she anticipated my needs which was very helpful when calling insurance to add the vehicle to my policy. And she honored her word and personally delivered my vehicle despite the fact that it required her to stay late at work to do so and my house was an hour away for delivery. This type of customer service is very rare these days. I am elated that she was able to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Thank you, Tia. I will tell everyone I know. read more

After trying to deal with 2 different dealerships and getting jerked around and lied to we got a referral from our credit union to use Enterprise Car Sales. SO glad we did. They found us the vehicle we wanted in our price range. They were friendly and great to work with. We worked with Max and he kept us in the loop the whole time till our vehicle arrived from out of state. There was a delay in delivery do to the trucking company but they did their best to get it here and always gave us updates. We will never go elsewhere and will tell everyone to use them! Everyone we talked to when there was so friendly, nice and kind. Best choice ever! Never dealing with another dealership again! read more

I am so happy that I purchased my vehicle from Enterprise in Springlake Park MN. I live out of state and Max, took care of EVERYTHING!!! I'm not even kidding, he even assisted in my travel to MN. All of the staff here were extremely friendly but if you want a straight to the point, means what he says and says what he means, no time wasting kind of rep, do yourself a favor and demand Max. I literally showed up, was offered coffee, and an hour later was driving away in a new car. Derrick, the finance manager was friendly and informative. I most definitely will purchase another vehicle here.!!! read more

Great service, hassle free, best prices. I'm on my 5th car and will continue to only buy from Enterprise.

I bought my car through enterprise because my fiancé works with the company, but with the experience I had I would recommend them to anyone! Alex and Tasha took great care as I went though the process of buying my first car and they went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best deal they could possibly offer. It was super easy, and definitely a fun experience! read more

The best car buying experience ever! From the first phone contact, Kristen was fabulous. Her rapport on the phone made a long distance sale painless. Because all enterprise cars are certified, I had no worries about the car itself, but buying a car without test driving it, could have been a scary experience. Her genuine concern eased the process. AND the car was way better thanI could have imagined and $1100 under book price! Amy handled the financing wonderfully- always in touch and on top of everything! read more

Great sales process! They sit down and question what your looking for to help you decide what you want. When I initially drove on the lot I didn't think they had anything I wanted but then they drove out a car I loved (2015 Nissan Altima GL) and after driving a few others I bought the first vehicle I tried. The entire process was somewhat time consuming but no one is pushy and that's including the F&I guy. He will ask you to buy an extended warranty ( I did because I find value in them now that cars are so complex with cameras and computer diagnostics, etc.) but no pressure if you don't . I worked with Dale (Sales person) and Derrick (F&L). Definitely give them a try. read more

I was a little skeptical about purchasing a car from a car rental company. The thought of multiple drivers putting 20,000 miles on the car before me was scary, but the car they showed me was in pristine shape. We test drove it and were satisfied with everything about the car.. The salesman, Max, made the experience very easy - probably the easiest I've ever had. I was surprised that they took my old car in trade and gave me a reasonable price. I purchased the extended warranty and still came out ahead of what I would have paid for a similar used car at a dealership. We have driven it for a month (1000+ mi.) and couldn't be happier. read more

Hello all, If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales. Let's face it, you trust them for your car rentals, why not purchase one of their highly maintained vehicles. My vehicle had given up on me, so I had to rent a car, from my favorite renter's Enterprise. I casually inquired to Alana (the young lady who picked me up) per car sales. The next time my phone rang, it was Cat on the other end. Made an appointment, however, upon my arrival, Cat was unavailable and introduced me to Alex Carr. He is the most amazing young man and a dynamite salesman. Alex made me feel so comfortable, offered coffee, listened to my needs and I was confident in his ability to get me approved within my budget. The application process was seamless, the test drive, smooth as silk, demonstrated all the features (bells & whistles), explained everything, and continuously kept me updated on the progress of his negotiations. Additionally, I mentioned to Cat that I was considering a different establishment, she investigated on my behalf and shared her findings, which was very beneficial and in my best interest. Kudos to the entire staff and I will recommend Enterprise Car Sales to any and every one. My hats off to "Zero Down Daddy." read more

Ashley and Derek (?spelling) were extremely helpful and patient while we went through the process. It took us a couple of days to decide on the right thing, and they were very courteous. Nightmare. First car I returned on 4th day because it would not stop at stop signs correctly it stayed revved up at 1 1/2 RPMS at ALL TIMES. Supposedly this is the gearless new transmission according to Enterprise. It sat super low to the ground and had nothing to protect underneath. The manufacturer has doubled the warranty due to these transmission issues and it stalking etc. . I return the car.I was still wanting to work with Enterprise so I got a 2018 Chevy Impala. The roads are very smooth around Enterprise and you can only go up to 50 miles an hour especially during rush hour. I immediately started having problems as soon as I got to the city because the tires were on 44 psi. I had no clue they were supposed to be at 33. I was being thrown out of my seat every time I hit a bump. Because I didn't know what the problem was I brought it to several shops. I brought it to get a full diagnostic as well because the transmission seem to lag. while I was getting it checked out, I called like I did several times before that and was told that I could not bring the car back if I wanted to. Amy pushed back for about 10 minutes and then admitted she didn't know the rules because it rarely happens that somebody wants to return the second car! So she basically made up rules while she was on the phone with me. She said " everyone would just keep bringing them back if we don't have a rule. " It is not my fault that you don't have a rule lady. I doubt people that are eligible and have high credit scores are going to just keep bringing cars back. That's not what we spend our time doing if we worked on our credit and are responsible. Meanwhile I called several other Enterprise Car Sales and they all agreed they would take the second car back and did not know why my dealer would not. Amy would not give me any phone numbers to contact someone above her including corporate. They gave me the same 7-Day buyback paperwork with the second car and Amy told me that they would not agree to it because that paper simply gets printed out with all purchases no matter what. There is no small print stating you cannot bring back the second car nor did she have a conversation with me about not being able to bring it back and she apologized for that. I don't need an apology for $30,000. I needed you to do your job. I talked to Jason who runs this dealership and he stated that he has been asking Enterprise to put small print in there for years but they refuse. This car does not get up at all. cars go around me all of the time because I can't take off at a stoplight. the oil they use a so cheap that it literally had my transmission fighting against me. I finally decided to go get $100 oil change of synthetic and that seemed to help some. However, there are several reviews describing the same issues I'm having with this car with not being able to get up on the freeway. It's actually dangerous. They gave me a new set of tires because he asked me what I wanted it because he wanted to make it right and suggested that my tires were hard and that is why the drive was so bad.so I agreed because at this point they refused to take the car back even though I was still within the 7-Day range. We went back and forth for a couple weeks and I kept stating that if they had just agreed to take it back in honor the 7-Day buyback this would have never happened. never once did he offer to make that part right he just blamed Enterprise for not putting it in the small print. I have spent days and suffered high stress over this. I kept stating to Alex Carr over and over that I wanted to get the car checked out before the 7-Day buy back and he never once said to me that I could not bring the car back. Everyone started ducking as soon as it got serious. Anything I asked Alex to do he never got back to me. the driver side window gets scratched by the inside of the car door I have asked him several times to schedule something and he would not even call me back. Either way it doesn't matter because the transmission is crap. Something is going on with this car there are plenty of reviews online to support what I am saying. I wanted to be happy and have a brand new car after working on my credit for 4 years and working two jobs as a single mother. I only came to Enterprise because of the 7-Day buyback. I recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country from Enterprise Car Sales and want to let others know about the experience. It was the first time I have bought a used vehicle having always purchased new in the past. The people at Enterprise went above and beyond in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. The vehicle looked like it just came off the showroom floor. The entire process was about as easy as it gets. I simply told them what I wanted and they did all the leg work. I saved a ton of money buying through Enterprise and will definitley use them for my next purchase. D. Palmer Minneapolis, MN read more

DISGUSTED with Enterprise. My husband recently got rear-ended and the auto-body shop recommended renting through Enterprise while our vehicle was getting repairs. The individuals working were swamped when I came to pick up my rental and only did a very brief run through of the rental and any existing damage before sending me out. I am a very conscious, careful driver - ESPECIALLY in a rental. I only drove to and from work, parking in an underground garage over night and in spaces with no concrete block parking stops far from my work building to avoid any damage. When I arrived to drop off the rental vehicle, one of the employees moved the car to a different parking space where there was a curb. When he came back in to do a check of the vehicle with me for any damage, he suddenly found a couple cracks in the front bumper - what a coincidence! I expressed my concerns after receiving a claim for the damage. Despite my objections, I am now trying to deal with a $2000 bill for the damage that "I caused" with their only evidence being photographs of the damage. How is this customer service? How is a young couple living on a limited income with a tight budget supposed to afford $2000 for these damages? This company takes in $19.4 billion annually. I don't feel comfortable contributing another penny toward this unreliable corporation. EDIT: after posting this review, Enterprise contacted me and resolved the issue. I very much appreciated their prompt response and understanding with this. read more

We called the business explaining what we were looking for and asking what vehicles they may have. Four days later we called again. The salesman indicated he had been "really busy". The selection and customer service during the sales process was good. We set up an appointment to pick up the vehicle and waited 40 minutes, being told there had been " a lot going on this morning". Overall, pleased with the vehicle. Had we not contacted them a second time they wouldn't have had our business. read more
