Sales person scheduled us for a 5:30 test drive. We arrived early and were not attended to until almost 5:40. We were then told we would not be able to meet with the sales person that scheduled us, instead a "team member" will be with us shortly. We sat until close and were never attended to. I no longer have any interest in the vehicle. Based off of pure principle I will never purchase at this location. I will also advise anyone who will listen not to purchase at this location. Without a car I can't work and I have to go on Welfare so the world can take care of kids that I can take care of because someone doesn't want to sell me a car with $2200 down. I jad half that down a few months ago. No discount for buying my 3rd car from Enterprise or for spending almost 1000 for a rental once insurance was done covering the cost. Not too far from being just like CarHop. Better off getting a loan on your own then purchasing a vehicle. Some of the vehicles are dirty an they sale for the same price as a clean one. Came into the lot on Monday looked at a truck wasn't sure on the color and my bank was closed anyway so the sales person DJ called another location and had them deliver the color I wanted in the same truck with lower miles and just $200 more on the price tag. Essentially the same truck but it had goodyears on it so that sold me even more. They gave me a value for my trade in the day before and i believe it was good for 7 days or 300 miles Trade in value was fair. They use kelly blue book so you can go online and take the KBB quiz to see the ballpark number. Closing was easy I financed through Anoka County Credit Union and they are a preferred lender so they know everyone at he credit union. It was just a matter of them giving a call and talking to them and I was out the door with my new truck. Again DJ was great she wasn't pushy and she made the buying experience great. The prices on the lot are excellent and they had 3 trucks that I wanted at the same mileage and price point and it was just basically pick what color. They found us the vehicle we wanted in our price range. They were friendly and great to work with. Great sales process! They sit down and question what your looking for to help you decide what you want. When I initially drove on the lot I didn't think they had anything I wanted but then they drove out a car I loved (2015 Nissan Altima GL) and after driving a few others I bought the first vehicle I tried. The entire process was somewhat time consuming but no one is pushy and that's including the F&I guy. He will ask you to buy an extended warranty ( I did because I find value in them now that cars are so complex with cameras and computer diagnostics, etc.) but no pressure if you don't . He is the most amazing young man and a dynamite salesman. The application process was seamless, the test drive, smooth as silk, demonstrated all the features (bells & whistles), explained everything, and continuously kept me updated on the progress of his negotiations. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a car from a car rental company. The thought of multiple drivers putting 20,000 miles on the car before me was scary, but the car they showed me was in pristine shape. Nightmare. First car I returned on 4th day because it would not stop at stop signs correctly it stayed revved up at 1 1/2 RPMS at ALL TIMES. Supposedly this is the gearless new transmission according to Enterprise. It sat super low to the ground and had nothing to protect underneath. The manufacturer has doubled the warranty due to these transmission issues and it stalking etc. . I return the car.I was still wanting to work with Enterprise so I got a 2018 Chevy Impala. The roads are very smooth around Enterprise and you can only go up to 50 miles an hour especially during rush hour. I immediately started having problems as soon as I got to the city because the tires were on 44 psi. I had no clue they were supposed to be at 33. I was being thrown out of my seat every time I hit a bump. Because I didn't know what the problem was I brought it to several shops. I brought it to get a full diagnostic as well because the transmission seem to lag. while I was getting it checked out, I called like I did several times before that and was told that I could not bring the car back if I wanted to. Amy pushed back for about 10 minutes and then admitted she didn't know the rules because it rarely happens that somebody wants to return the second car! So she basically made up rules while she was on the phone with me. She said " everyone would just keep bringing them back if we don't have a rule. " It is not my fault that you don't have a rule lady. I doubt people that are eligible and have high credit scores are going to just keep bringing cars back. That's not what we spend our time doing if we worked on our credit and are responsible. Meanwhile I called several other Enterprise Car Sales and they all agreed they would take the second car back and did not know why my dealer would not. Amy would not give me any phone numbers to contact someone above her including corporate. They gave me the same 7-Day buyback paperwork with the second car and Amy told me that they would not agree to it because that paper simply gets printed out with all purchases no matter what. There is no small print stating you cannot bring back the second car nor did she have a conversation with me about not being able to bring it back and she apologized for that. I don't need an apology for $30,000. I needed you to do your job. I talked to Jason who runs this dealership and he stated that he has been asking Enterprise to put small print in there for years but they refuse. This car does not get up at all. cars go around me all of the time because I can't take off at a stoplight. the oil they use a so cheap that it literally had my transmission fighting against me. I finally decided to go get $100 oil change of synthetic and that seemed to help some. However, there are several reviews describing the same issues I'm having with this car with not being able to get up on the freeway. It's actually dangerous. They gave me a new set of tires because he asked me what I wanted it because he wanted to make it right and suggested that my tires were hard and that is why the drive was so bad.so I agreed because at this point they refused to take the car back even though I was still within the 7-Day range. We went back and forth for a couple weeks and I kept stating that if they had just agreed to take it back in honor the 7-Day buyback this would have never happened. never once did he offer to make that part right he just blamed Enterprise for not putting it in the small print. I have spent days and suffered high stress over this. I kept stating to Alex Carr over and over that I wanted to get the car checked out before the 7-Day buy back and he never once said to me that I could not bring the car back. Everyone started ducking as soon as it got serious. Anything I asked Alex to do he never got back to me. the driver side window gets scratched by the inside of the car door I have asked him several times to schedule something and he would not even call me back. Either way it doesn't matter because the transmission is crap. Something is going on with this car there are plenty of reviews online to support what I am saying. I wanted to be happy and have a brand new car after working on my credit for 4 years and working two jobs as a single mother. I only came to Enterprise because of the 7-Day buyback. DISGUSTED with Enterprise. My husband recently got rear-ended and the auto-body shop recommended renting through Enterprise while our vehicle was getting repairs. The individuals working were swamped when I came to pick up my rental and only did a very brief run through of the rental and any existing damage before sending me out. I am a very conscious, careful driver - ESPECIALLY in a rental. I only drove to and from work, parking in an underground garage over night and in spaces with no concrete block parking stops far from my work building to avoid any damage. When I arrived to drop off the rental vehicle, one of the employees moved the car to a different parking space where there was a curb. When he came back in to do a check of the vehicle with me for any damage, he suddenly found a couple cracks in the front bumper - what a coincidence! I expressed my concerns after receiving a claim for the damage. Despite my objections, I am now trying to deal with a $2000 bill for the damage that "I caused" with their only evidence being photographs of the damage. How is this customer service? How is a young couple living on a limited income with a tight budget supposed to afford $2000 for these damages? This company takes in $19.4 billion annually. I don't feel comfortable contributing another penny toward this unreliable corporation. EDIT: after posting this review, Enterprise contacted me and resolved the issue. We called the business explaining what we were looking for and asking what vehicles they may have. Four days later we called again. The salesman indicated he had been "really busy". The selection and customer service during the sales process was good. We set up an appointment to pick up the vehicle and waited 40 minutes, being told there had been " a lot going on this morning".
