September 4, 2026 Stopped in at Devin's request. Tom the shop foreman test drove it and came back saying that he agreed with me, it takes more effort to stop. They advised me to drive it over the weekend to see if they get more responsive. They did not. September 14, 2026 Requested them to look at everything because it still doesn't feel like it did before the brake service. Devin advised me that they wouldn't have a loaner until September 25. I dropped off my tuck on Thursday evening September 24. September 25, 2026 I had to make contact with them for an update, which I did at 3:49pm. Comment back was, "Master tech went out and drove it numerous times along with the service manager this time and they said it stops like normal...if you want, you can go for a ride with my service director who was a technician for 10 years before being in the position he is in now" I politely replied that I disagreed with their diagnosis. The loaner provided was a 2026 Silverado Base. The brakes in the loaner acted just like my truck did before the brake service. I asked them to drive a similar used truck for comparison since they claim I can't compare mine to new. "Chad" called me twice stating that they can't find anything wrong and mine acts just like a used 2022 Silverado High Country they have on the lot. I showed up at 5:00pm and test drove the High Country and then drove mine for comparison. I told Devin that the brakes in the High Country respond better than mine and those brakes had 38k miles on them. At this point, Devin was pushing the paperwork towards me with the understanding that they weren't going to do anything more. I take my vehicles to the dealer to ensure that I get premium parts and service. I expect my vehicles to be the same or better after service, not degraded. The service was $1,600, not pocket change by any means. It is a shame that there seems to be no accountability. I was planning to order my 2027 TrailBoss from Friendly but I guess someone else will get my business from now on.

DON'T BUY THEIR LEMONS! Found an ad they put in on craigslist for an older model Volvo. Figured I'd…read moretake a look at it, see if it was worth the money. From what we could immediately see, it already had a very cracked windshield and did not match the online description. The description stated it was a GLT model with a sunroof and other amenities. It was a base model lacking most of the listed amenities. At that point, I was still looking into buying it, the ad was just inaccurate. Had the car lifted at the shop next door and had a mechanic friend look at it. Under the engine there was coolant and oil, which the mechanic stated was just uncleaned residue from when he replaced the timing belt. The next day we drove it to a friend's mechanic shop to have a more extensive inspection. It was about a 20 mile drive, and by the time the car arrived it was leaking oil pretty badly. Head gasket was spewing oil. On further inspection, the electrics had been poorly redone with shoddy wiring and zip ties. We took it back and told them what was wrong with it and that it would cost $3,000+ to repair. Their response was "someone will buy it." They wanted $2,500 for a junk car and were prepared not to tell anyone what was wrong with it to make a sale. I wouldn't trust them with a used car purchase!
