    DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE ! I purchased my 2020 Jeep Renegade from this dealership and have gone…read moreto only them for maintenance like oil changes . I brought my jeep in back in November for an oil change and oil leak - they had it for hours and came back to let me know they couldn't find the leak and to bring it back in 4-6 weeks . I did just that but once again they couldn't find the leak and this time they had it about 5 hours . They told me bring back that following Monday because they inadvertently had me wait too long - so I bring it back to them a 3rd time and this time they found the issue (something about a gasket and a pump). Here is where it gets interesting - one of the workers asked me who has been tipping off my oil because adding too much oil can eventually cause damage to parts like a GASKET ! I let him know that their dealership alone has been the only people that have ever been underneath my hood and did anything with oil changes or oil - he responded that he'd look into that and walked away . I was quoted around $900 and made an appointment for about a week and a half later due to the holidays I assume . This time when I get my jeep from them it's literally broken smh - the check engine light is on , my auto start doesn't work , my start stop feature doesn't work and she's driving extremely loud - I ask the manager if it's safe to drive and he said yes . So I bring it into my appointment , they have it 4 days and I get it back and I pay - yet those problems are STILL there except they're worse now because the engine randomly shuts itself off while I'm driving and THE OIL IS STILL LEAKING ! So not only did they give me my car back in worse condition than when I brought it in, but they didn't even fix the initial problem which was the oil leak ! The car also smells like burning oil and most of the time it seizes up and I can't even get it out of my driveway . I demand my money back because I paid for an oil leak that wasn't fixed and I am now bringing it to the South Saint Paul dealership to get a diagnostic and for them to fix these issues that Roseville dealership caused . If it's what I think it is (engine misalignment) than it's going to be an expensive fix that I should not have to pay for - my car wasn't having these issues beforehand and now after they played underneath the hood 4 separate times it's barely driveable and still has an oil leak !! Please safe yourself a headache and go elsewhere !

I made the purchase online and…read moreeverything was going well at first, they send me wiring instruction said I had great credit over 770 and the the finance manager will reach out to me. Tell me what rate I have and for me to send them 15000 dollars. After they got my money as I have attached copy of the wire. The just disappeared its March 7th I don't have any calls or contact from finance manager or bill of sales or any documents. Not sure what scam they are running. But this is bad customer service. I am out 15000$ Had to get my layer involved. Dont work with Aaron.
