I'm sure it also depends upon individual experience and that probably can vary greatly, depending upon your cleaner and needed interaction with the office staff. This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. They are very accommodating to changes, both in terms of hours per visit and rescheduling when we are out of town. The price is based upon the number of hours (we use their services two hours per month and the price is quite clear and consistent. We started Two Bettys based upon a recommendation from our daughter, who is also quite happy with their service. Originally, we started because my wife had some surgery and our original intention was to stop the service when she recovered. However, we were so pleased with the results, we have continued using them, even though we reduced the number of needed hours per month. I hope that you will be as pleased as we are.

Then I hired them to do a 'Deep Clean' at my friend house. Again, an excellent job. They wiped down walls and ceilings and cleaned where I didn't expect them to clean. The shut off valve was old and broke when he turned it off and they handled this like champs. He even said I could hire a plumber if needed and cover the cost to replace the valve. Luckily that wasn't needed and it was an easy $20 fix which they still insisted to pay for. I really appreciate how they handled this. I would highly recommend these guys!

They sent me a cleaning lady and she was pretty efficient with the cleaning. My mold was gone, my kitchen looked sparking clean and I said good bye to those spiders! I hate spiders. Also they suggested me some good household chemicals to prevent mold. I definitely recommend this place for your cleaning needs. They will give you a very good service for a great price. I double-checked my appointment that day before. If there is no one can show up, they have to let me know about it when I contacted for double checking. They also said "See you tomorrow." But contacting me after 10minutes has passed with no-show and just telling me they weren't unable to get cleaners in there on-time, and want to reschedule? Waste of time.
