Mari was on time, brought all of the cleaning supplies and tools, and did an amazing job making things shine. This wasn't an easy task with lots of tall plantation shutters, an endless collection of dog hair tumbleweeds, and a refrigerator/freezer that really needed some love. She was super efficient, completed the entire job in less time than I thought possible, and at an affordable price. The new owners and their agent said the condo "looked great!". Thank you Mari!!!

I was compensated and they were very apologetic- stuff happens, I get it! So I booked a second service, they canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment (which they'll fine you for doing). Ok, fine, we rescheduled for today. It's now close to an hour after the appointment time. No one called. No one showed up. Additionally, we have a 2500 sq ft home and they expect one person to be able to clean the entire place by themselves. I get the feeling that the people who work for Karen's are overbooked and overworked with very little support Please do yourself a favor and find another cleaning service. This one is completely unreliable and has no respect for their customer's (or their cleaners') time.

I'm sure it also depends upon individual experience and that probably can vary greatly, depending upon your cleaner and needed interaction with the office staff. This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. They are very accommodating to changes, both in terms of hours per visit and rescheduling when we are out of town. The price is based upon the number of hours (we use their services two hours per month and the price is quite clear and consistent. We started Two Bettys based upon a recommendation from our daughter, who is also quite happy with their service. Originally, we started because my wife had some surgery and our original intention was to stop the service when she recovered. However, we were so pleased with the results, we have continued using them, even though we reduced the number of needed hours per month. I hope that you will be as pleased as we are.

The level of cleanliness he achieved on our couch and carpets was so impressive that we've immediately booked Everblue for a deep clean of our kitchen and bathrooms. I expect to be blown away again! He wasn't intimidated by any task, and it seemed to come from a place of confidence and expertise. In fact, he had some time so he even started with the tubs and will be back tomorrow. And if this wasn't enough to rave about, the value of Kenneth's service made me grin from ear to ear! Knowing that he not only completed tasks faster than I could have, but also better and more professionally than I could, it was worth every penny. The worst cleaning I've ever had!!…read more She charged me a "discount" rate, which I thought was her full rate. I was utterly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the cleaning itself. Every normal cleaning I've ever had has included the items she didn't feel the need to clean. I'm honestly not sure what she did clean. The items I found that weren't cleaned were, wipe down of the the stovetop, microwave, windowsills, underneath the credenza (as per specific discussion). The bathroom upstairs had hair/dirt on the sides and behind the toilet. The chairs in the dining room with the cat weren't total vacuumed, the other chair wasn't vacuumed at all. We had specificly talked about that as well. The stairs weren't vacuumed. The shelf under the TV wasn't completely dusted. Not even sure if the pictures or anything else were either. When requesting a partial refund this is the response I received... "Sorry I missed a few spots, you paid for a regular clean that is on discount ,not deep clean. Microwave and stove and all windows was not included, especially for that price. I also did extra work for free, such as cleaning most interior windows & which we only discussed for the porch and upstairs. To my understanding There is absolutely no refund as it says on the website. I Apologies you are dissatisfied with your cleaning, I don't mind coming back and doing a deep clean for a great discount." I appreciated that she was willing to come back. If the job wasn't done as per specific conversation we had, I didn't trust her to come back.
