I don't use cleaning services too many times but this time I really needed to. I had never gotten my house cleaned since I moved in to my new apartment around a year ago. It was never in a very clean state initially when I moved in. There was mold in my bathroom tiles at a few places which I hated every day. No wonder I fell sick every now and then. I really wanted the mold to be gone. I tried a few chemicals myself that I purchased from Target but it did not do the trick. When I moved in I remember my kitchen was also not the cleanest one. I had grime on my wooden cabinets. One day my mom came was visiting and she found out that my bedroom had dirt in hard to reach places below the bed. Not to mention the spider webs. I am not the cleanest person to be honest. I have wooden flooring in my apartment. I am used to carpeted flooring so I didn't bother cleaning wooden floors. I am a very busy person so I do not get time to clean my apartment. So one day I decided to get someone to clean my apartment. I needed some trustworthy source also an affordable one. I asked my co workers if they knew any maids. One of them suggested divinemaids.com as they used it before. I originally contacted divinemaids.com but they weren't able to accommodate a weekend appointment for being booked for the holidays already but they were kind enough to recommend Maid Division. Seth the manager told me they had suffered a same day cancellation so they could accommodate my last minute cleaning. I was so happy hearing that. They sent me a cleaning lady and she was pretty efficient with the cleaning. My mold was gone, my kitchen looked sparking clean and I said good bye to those spiders! I hate spiders. Also they suggested me some good household chemicals to prevent mold. I definitely recommend this place for your cleaning needs. They will give you a very good service for a great price. I had Maid Division come do a move-out clean in my townhouse I was preparing to sell. I had a few special requests on what I wanted them to focus on and the owner was happy to do on those things. Scheduling was easy to do online and I was able to get a cleaning set up in quickly. The best part of working with this company was the quick and through communication with the owner, Seth. Setting up the work was very easy and it was a stress free process. Seth was very quick in his response and very friendly. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived later than we expected, but they did make us aware that arrival time was dependent on traffic. Knowing that, they still arrived a lot later than we expected. Had a great experience with Maid Division overall. He was super polite and professional and for a first time with a cleaning business did a great job. My bathroom was awful and I didn't want to have to tackle it myself and when maid division was done it was amazing top to bottom. The kitchen and living were were also done very well the only criticism I can give is the floors could've used better care to clean up but really a good job throughout each space. They have a nice website that makes them look like a legit company, but its simply a facade. They charged my credit card days before my scheduled cleaning, which was a red flag. Then they no showed for the cleaning. Zero communication and it was impossible to get ahold of them. Emails were not answered and phone calls went to voicemail that was full. I was able to dispute the charges and get my money back from my credit card as they recognize this as a scam company. read more
