Took my vehicle here as they are a State Farm approved vendor. I left with a estimate of repairs. Thirteen days later, when I didn't take it to them for repairs, they lowered the estimate by $1200 with NO explanation to me. They had my phone number. As a result State Farm lowered the claim amount by $1200. Either Collision Center is over charging State Farm, or they are penalizing me for not taking it to their shop. Now, even if I take it to another shop I'll be fighting State Farm for the $1200 from the original estimate. This might also be a good reason not to take your vehicle to a State Farm Approved Vendor. read more

My car is currently here, and has been here since before thanksgiving due to an attempted theft break in (yes it's a Kia). But while I am sad about my car, I know there is a shortage on parts due to this horrifying "trend" - thankfully Jason keeps me up to date on parts that have come in, what we are waiting on and estimate time frame (that's flexible due to shortage). I have never been here before, but they are a partner with State Farm so I was able to have my car towed here when other shops were completely booked months out. We experienced two rear collisions over about a 3-month period, with one being really significant damage. The Collision Center did excellent work repairing our Honda Odyssey. The employees were really knowledgeable and they did all the heavy lifting with my insurance. We discussed a few key part options and the pros and cons of genuine Honda parts- cost and differences. Thank gawd for Yelp. Backed my car into a bike rack and got 2 estimates for around $2,500 to fix my trunk lid. $2,500!!?! They said it was so much because they had to repaint most my car to match a new trunk lid. So checked Yelp and saw that those estimates came from 1 star 'problematic' garages. Saw that Collision Center had very high ratings on Yelp, so gave them a try as a last resort. Staff was extremely professional, helpful and most importantly HONEST! They told me they would be able to fix the damage and match the paint no prob. Cost?? $1,500!!! A thousand LESS and the work was flawless!! You can't go wrong with these guys. 5 stars! read more

I have had several of my vehicles worked on at Collision Center. They have done repairs on my cars from deer collisions to hail repair. I have never had an issue. Any problems were promptly corrected. This is not going to be the cheapest shop in town but the little bit extra is worth the lack of hassle. read more

Their quote was much lower than I expected, and they kept me updated in a way that was very friendly and personable. I was referred here via Infiniti to have repairs done to an m35. Dropped off November 11th and did not hear from them until I called on December 2nd. At that time I was told the vehicle would be done on the 9th. The 9th comes and goes again with no call or communication of any kind. The following day again I call the shop and speak with the manager about my car and find it is still a week out, no explanation why, after trying for five minutes to find out I give up and go with the wait another week. The day before I am to pick up the car I get my first call FROM them and am informed that thee is one part on back order and that, you guessed it, it will be one more week. In the voice mail they made the mistake of leaving the part that was back ordered, so I called Infiniti to see if I could get the part and was told two days. My guess they just forgot and we're unable to admit yet another error on there behalf. The car was repaired in an expert manner, the shop just has a complete lack of communication, or follow up and is unable to admit mistakes or apologize. I would not return to this shop for any repairs. read more

Apparently I have donned the Cloak of Invisibility. I arrived at the Collision Center and stated that I would like someone to look at the dent on my hood and the scrape along the side. Be aware that the dent guy requires an appointment. I filled out the information form giving my name, address, contact info, insurance info, etc. and was told to wait in the lounge area. Reception guy continued to calmly open the mail. Another guy wandered through and talked to reception guy. Neither of them ever glanced my way. There I sat. And sat. And sat. No acknowledgement of my presence from anyone. After 20 minutes of total silence from reception guy, I asked how much longer it would be. Answer? "I don't know". Apparently it could be hours, could be days. If someone had said to me after I filled out the forms, "It'll be 20 minutes for the estimator" I would be okay with that. But apparently I became invisible once I handed in the forms. read more

Just got some "minor" work ($900 worth) done. I have a 3 year old VW CC, but it was in mint condition with not a ding anywhere. Anyway, a pickup towing a trailer scraped the driver's side on the rear door, the front door and the front fender. I was concerned about getting a good match with the existing paint, but shouldn't have been. Just picked up the car yesterday and you absolutely cannot tell any repair was done. In a word, they were awesome (and I am as picky as they come). I got bids from MULTIPLE shops, but these guys were the cheapest, most flexible, most honest, thorough, and they did an excellent job. My car had front end damage to the body that they straightened out beautifully (even though I only asked for approximate, just enough to make everything fit). They installed a new headlight, new tail-light, and were willing to let me purchase parts myself that were used and cheaper. They charged only for reasonable labor.
