Went to replace again (3 year free replacement) battery was on the stores charger for 12 hours was told the battery could use a little more charge?Took it to battery's plus,the store manager tested it and said the battery bad and it was not the correct size for the truck to start with! Jay was one of them and I mentioned to him that he has been in the store awhile and he made a few funny comments. I remember Jay on a few of my visits over the last few years and he consistently provides positive customer service and knowledge of auto parts. I felt it important after several visits to give kudos to this store. BTW- if you are in need of custom paint for your car, they can assist. They don't mix the paint at this store but they can help find an exact match and then order it from another store and have it delivered to the Elk River location. I have done this a few times with great success.

A complete lie, they had changed the oil on my 13 year old vehicle just a year before using conventional oil. She just wanted the upcharge. My truck has never used or needed synthetic oil, I should have walked away. I paid for something that was not necessary after waiting an hour and a half. Stay away from these scam artists, they can't even be trusted to perform a simple oil change.

Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me "what's wrong, you just left". I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. Awesome customer service. As I told him, we will be back with all of our vehicles. Thanks Ross.

I was…read moreon my way to bring my daughter to school when my low oil pressure light came on (I know I know I should check my oil but I just didn't...life ‍ Lesson learned!) anyway I pulled into Quick Lane Tire and Auto center at 6:48am (they open at 7) where Ivan greeted me and quickly checked my oil and added a quart without hesitation and told me get my kids to school and to come back after (which I did!) for an oil change. When I got there he noticed I had completely worn tires and needed those too! He was able to get my tires on that morning and at a great price! I am SO thankful for people like Ivan n this crazy world he was SO wonderful to work with in the midst of my panic! It's people like him that make this world go round! Thank you Ivan and the staff at Quick Lane Tire and auto! Happy customer and customer for life here!!
