Kristel in the office provided me with a prompt estimate and worked with my insurance company so I could get the repairs started. When I spoke with my insurance company representative she said she was familiar with World Class Auto Body and stated that they did great work. Several days later, when I picked up my SUV it looked like brand new. The workmanship was "A+." I am very pleased with the whole experience and the quality of the work. Staff stated this was known and they were waiting for head office to send some over, but stated they would top it up locally so we could take it. Wrote check and received a 90 day 3000 mile warranty. By the time vehicle got back to Bismarck it was low again. Topped up one more time before realizing it was not just low. Mechanics stated it was a $1600 repair. We were within 30 days and around 500 miles. Warranty declined to cover and store refused to honor warranty stating we should have purchased an extended warranty. SO WHY A WARRANTY? Total scam. Filing civil complaint. Stay away from DRIVE APPEAL locations.
