They don't try to "upsell" everything by telling you 20 other things you should have them do to your vehicle. They will tell you if something truly needs attention though. Much to my disappointment I was parked outside in WI in January during that freezing cold snap.... it cracked my oil filter housing... to the repair tune of $1400!!! She said in the roughly 11 weeks since it happened I'd lost 1.5 quarts of oil. So basically, nothing I want to delay getting fixed!! When you call, you have to leave a message and be called back. Most recently I brought my 2011 Kia Sportage in to have the rear brakes replaced. I picked up my car and went on my way. Well, some crazy sound developed and I brought it back. It turned out one of the calipers was defective so they replaced it in short time. I leave and am happy as a clam because I got my car back. I drove to work the next morning without issue. However, on the way home my car started making a horrible sound from the front. I called Cierra (who is an absolute lifesaver and amazing at her job) and she tells me to drop it off and she'll give me a loaner. This is a Thursday so the week is running out. Friday, I go to work and wait for their call. I finally get the call I've dreaded all day in the early afternoon. Cierra tells me they can't figure it out. All three have driven my car and tried to diagnose the problem and no one can. Cierra asks if it's okay to keep it over the weekend, which is fine. I wouldn't have wanted to drive it anyway. The weekend goes by and I go to work Monday morning. It's not until later afternoon when she calls and I'm thinking the worst. She explains everything that happened and the numerous hours spent on my car. They only replaced some clips that were holding my brake pads in place and said I could pick it up after work. I'm dreading what it will cost, as they spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong. When I arrive, I ask how much I owe them and they said nothing. This isn't even an issue they caused. Yet, they diagnosed and repaired it at no cost. That's a level of service that no longer exists. I was already a faithful customer but it's moments like this that keep me coming back. I will not entrust my vehicle to anyone else, and neither should you.

Husband took his truck in last night, they said they would have it done same day, however when he called them back just before closing, they hadn't done anything with it. One of the workers told them they were busy playing hacky sack in the shop and wouldn't be taking any cars after 5:30! They quoted him $800 and it quickly went to $2,600 and the possbly $3,900 however they STILL hadn't looked at it! On top of that he was told it would be ready same day then when he followed up, they said it would be ready the next day, then he followed up again and they told him it would be four days! Management offered $100 off and a rental car for the inconvenience but when we asked ti speak to his Manager he said he couldn't share that information and his hands were tied. Well we understand car repairs are not cheap we also understand the importance of honesty and commnication! We told them we would be picking the truck up to take it somewhere else and they told us it was already ready for us. Interesting how that's possible when they said that it was completely torn apart. This experience was one blunder after another! Hoping for a better experience at the next place...rant over; enjoy your weekend all! I am always pleased about the service received and dollar spent even when not always happy with the auto issue itself. Came in for a motor mount, was delayed almost 2 weeks because they got the wrong side motor mount,…read morenot mad at that not their fault but when they replaced the motor mount they didn't put my intake on properly causing a check engine light and didn't fix that had to do it myself and on top of that my car started leaking coolant the day after because they damaged a coolant line and tried to patch it without telling me and now i have to wait another week to get that fixed. Was expecting a flawless job for the $1,800 it costed me.
