Fortunately, Motomaxx was able to get me in the next day and is conveniently close to the dealership where the car was. They also charged far less than some other nearby places. I came with a book, prepared to wait a while. They have a small lounge area, but the seating is comfortable and there is a tiny fireplace, nice to have on a cold rainy day, I was almost disappointed they finished with the car so quickly! They said that was partly because it was in such good shape that there wasn't a lot to investigate, so very good news. The other thing I noticed was that I was treated with respect and given a rundown of the results. This has not always been my experience as an older female at other places. If I lived in this area , I would probably become a regular.

I brought it to these guys and told them to check on a certain part and when it came to picking up my vehicle, I asked them did they check it they told me yes. When I got home, I had to do the work myself. They lied to me to my face. My latest experience they screwed me $150 for a part I did not need. And in the process dirty the interior of the car. My car like new inside and out for the year that it is. They offered me a professional clean, whatever that means. And then when it came to setting up the date and time they ignored me, they even called the police on me. Yet with my experience and they work they did and the lies they give out they erase my I have every right to leave a review and if you keep deleting them, I will go to the Better Business Bureau and I will post it there. Again, I have every right to leave my experience with this company. don't you call the police on me now? Oh and by the way, faulty website even look like what is posted or the equipment that is on your website. I called in the morning and the lead man, I forget his name, was super quick and informative, told me that I could come in to get it looked at with no appointment needed! I've been to many auto repair places and they've always asked me to schedule an appointment ahead of time. This was much more convenient for me being able to come in right away. When I got there I was greeted outside by the auto tech lead I spoke with on the phone and he was able to help assist me with my lift gate! He simply opened it and made some adjustments and advised me on locking it so it doesn't dis latch while I drove. Every shop I had asked to listen to my car and when I accelerate it makes a whining noise. No one said anything about it, just that its normal. It wasnt normal. Christian brothers fixed it! This place is by far my favorite. I have had the most expensive problems with my vehicle. And of course in times that were not convenient. My vehicle at the time was making a very loud sound, and suddenly the power steering was out. I called them and they took it in right away. Within a couple days my car was running, and no whining noise! That staff is very friendly, and I firmly believe they are more honest than honest one... The service was fast, they kept me updated the whole time and I wasnt left in the dark. They did not hide fees or charge a ton for labor. I would reccomend this shop for all of your vehicles needs.
