To the owner of UltraTech Automotive: You have commented that my review is false and you don't have a customer by my name nor worked on a vehicle I described. Well, you should check your records again, I'll help you out. The vehicle is a 2003 Mazda Tribute, account is under Mike Kearney, customer ID #5964, invoice #18397 in the amount of $2,329 for the FIRST round of problems dealing with Ultratech. My description of the lousy service, major dollars you charged us for NOTHING is indeed 100% true. The money you charged and we paid to you to fix our vehicle is true. My statement of the 300% markup on parts is also ture as I called and spoke to your wife you told me this, not knowing who she was speaking with. You misdiagnosed a problem with could have been seen visually and created further problems for our vehicle. You couldn't fix the vehicle and claimed you "spoke to a guy" for help and "watched a youtube video" but you continued to charge us and charge us. Reminder to you, that when we would pick up the "fixed" vehicle it would fail and leave us stranded. There is ALOT more headache to history dealing with you! My advice to you is that if you don't want to have poor reviews, perhaps you should conduct business in an honest way and actually offer guaranteed reliable service! Oh, and perhaps check your facts before you make false claims.
By the way, our vehicle is running great after over 40,000 additional miles! Only after being serviced by a knowledgable, honest mechanic, who guarantees his work! We haven't have any problems with the vehicle you said needed a new engine, thanks to a honest mechanic we now use and trust - who guarantees his work at reasonable prices!
