Found to be faulty install from Dealership. Had Andover Auto Care test and replace a Ignition Control module. After the repair the alternator went out still in there parking lot. Andover Auto told me to buy one they would put one in for me. They put one in and when I got home and had a Mechanic friend look at it and it was inproperly installed. Autozone confirmed this. Second problem was that the cars stalled randomly since. I took the Car to Dealership on 3/14/2011 to get a diag done and they found that the ICM ( Ignition Control module) wires were not seated and need to be re connected to solve the problem they are spring locked so they don't just come loose. I am retired and don't put on many miles so this had low miles .

We did not look at a vehicle and he still proceeded to keep a copy of our identification. We asked if he could shred it up for us and throw it away he again refused but stated he will trash it later. We had to call the cops to retrieve our identify back. The guy then went and took a picture of the ID his personal phone. IF YOU HAVE ANY COLOR OR ETHNICITY DO NOT COME HERE THEY'RE RACIST!! Husband took his truck in last night, they said they would have it done same day, however when he called them back just before closing, they hadn't done anything with it. One of the workers told them they were busy playing hacky sack in the shop and wouldn't be taking any cars after 5:30! They quoted him $800 and it quickly went to $2,600 and the possbly $3,900 however they STILL hadn't looked at it! On top of that he was told it would be ready same day then when he followed up, they said it would be ready the next day, then he followed up again and they told him it would be four days! Management offered $100 off and a rental car for the inconvenience but when we asked ti speak to his Manager he said he couldn't share that information and his hands were tied. Well we understand car repairs are not cheap we also understand the importance of honesty and commnication! We told them we would be picking the truck up to take it somewhere else and they told us it was already ready for us. Interesting how that's possible when they said that it was completely torn apart. This experience was one blunder after another! Hoping for a better experience at the next place...rant over; enjoy your weekend all! We have been doing business with this company for over 10 years and have enjoyed working with them. However, the new group of management and employees seems to be worthless. A very helpful employee found me wandering around in the tech department and asked if he could help me find anything. I am not happy with the current phone call center. I live in far Western Metro and have a low tire, they booked me over an hour way and during rush hour. When I realized it two days before I called and canceled. The Appointment Day I had two calls asking me if I was coming in? Well one was a text. The call center needs some retraining.
