This is the look of hurt and pure dissapointment.

I wish there was a way to rate these guys zero stars.I am certainly not a person that has the time to write reviews but these guys were so incompetent, they deserve a review.i spent close to 1500.00$ with these guys for them to tell me they had no clue why my car overheats.i was told by them to take it to the dealership to see what's wrong. Tires for less gave me an extremely bad experience when it comes to customer service. They are a prime example, "you get what you pay for!" I would NOT recommend.

I was so comfortable waiting for my car to be repaired that I felt like I was a baby in my Mother's arms, resting.

It's hard to find a new place to work on your car. And it's difficult to know if you can trust…read morepeople especially if you're not mechanically inclined but at Troy's - I could just tell that I would be taken care of. It's a small shop with minimal waiting room so if your car is going to take more than 45 minutes - you might consider waiting at a coffee shop or something. I had an appointment that I arranged via email. They were prompt with bringing my car back for the oil change and I was out within half an hour. During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! To me those were clear signs that these people take care of their customers and the customers keep coming back! I'm glad I found this place for all my future car maintenance

Things I've thought were bad, he says they are fine. When something needed to be done that he couldn't handle(axle repack), he referred me to a reputable shop. Let's what else: - Gas is fairly priced. - They have non-oxy gas. - He lets the fine people of el Rancherito park and serve up food. - Free air. - Other vendors occasionally selling stuff (Scandanavian Cakes???) - Activities for kids around Halloween & Christmas. Overall, Troy and his partner are just an all-round solid team who care about the people in the neighborhood they serve.

I recently bought some new rims and tires from marketplace for my 2018 Silverado and Heartland Tire…read morewas able to get all four tires swapped out and they calibrated the new TPMS sensors with my truck, which I'm sure was a little tricky because my truck is a 2018 and the rims are from a 2025 Silverado. They were patient, helpful, drove it around to make sure it was reading the new sensors, got it done in no time, and they did all that for $65. I interacted with 3 people who work there between phone, counter, and mechanic and they were all great to work with. I'm taking the time to leave a review because I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the team was and how fair their pricing is. My previous experience at a Ford dealer for a different vehicle was that I left feeling very ripped off. That's not how I felt when I left Heartland Tire! Thanks guys and gal! If you go here for any kind of vehicle maintenance, I think you'll be well taken care of and not ripped off. That's all we could ever hope for, and they're offering it.
