Stay away from this, I've asked them to put In a new windshield which they quoted me for when they only think they did was repair the broken area, and said that they replaced the new front windshield which is a lie because that same windshield had the same markings and scratches that it had on the other side and the same stickers of where the previous window was at, these mf's are just punch a thieves running scams and on top of that my quote came with also replacing the wipers and they try to tell me that it wasn't included and that I had to pay extra $74 like hell I am plz choose else where for your needs as this place try's to do as a little as possible and scam you from your money, thank god it wasn't my money if it had came up out my pocket I would've went nuts and there customer service didn't answer my phone calls at all is like they have my phone saved to not answer at all.

I added a photo, the circle is a divot with sharp edges, will shred the wiper without a doubt. I called and their reply was that they will have to replace the whole windshield, at my expense. Go anywhere else. It has to be better. I should add, the spot wasn't rough before, at all.

This the second time I've used Safelite Auto Glass to have my windshield replaced. This is the first time replacing my windshield in the winter by their mobile glass repair tech. I was happy that they could fit me in the same day I called since the cracked was in my line of vision for driving so I wanted to get it replaced as soon as possible. I was told by the customer representative on the phone I would get a text to let me know when the technician was 30 minutes out too my house but I waited most of the day and didn't get a text until it was close towards the end of the time window that I got a call saying he's on his way to my place. By the time he got to my house it was 3pm and I needed to pick up my daughter at 4pm. Gerardo said it would take him about 1.5 hours so I was cool. When it was time to pick up my daughter, he was no where near completion so luckily my daughter's friend's house is not too far for me to walk with my other daughter to pick up her sister. When we got back, Gerardo was still trying to get the glass out of the windshield. In about an hour and half it got dark and he's still working on replacing the glass. I went out to offer to take the vehicle to back so that there's light from the garage for him to work on. When I left at 6pm, he was still trying trying to put the glass back. He didn't finish the job until closer to 7pm. By that time, I was already at my volunteering so I had my husband take care of the rest. The next morning when I dropped off my daughter at school, I noticed that the spot where the molding for the glass to the windshield is missing or that there's a gap so I called Safelite about it. They were cool and made an appointment for me to come to the shop in St. Paul to get it looked at and fixed by their lifetime warranty. At this time I needed the molding fixed, rear view mirror tightened to the windshield and little pieces of glass be vacuumed again. Got to the shop on Christmas Eve and was told the job was done incorrectly so now they have to redo the entire windshield again which would be longer than 2 hours. So now I have to called my husband to come pick me up or fork out of pocket for an Uber ride back to my house due to their mistake. So I inconvenienced my husband to come pick me up with our two toddlers in the car and then I needed a way to get around while the truck is still at the shop so I dropped my husband off at his work in Eagan and then took my girls home for them to have breakfast. I didn't hear anything from the shop so I called to check on status a little after 1pm. Bear with me, I dropped the truck off at 8am that morning. After I had called then the technician Hugo texted and said my vehicle is done and I can come anytime to pick it up. It's not like I can just drop everything and leave my kids to go pick up the truck. I needed to find someone to come with me to bring back the spare vehicle since my husband was still at work. Once I was able to get to the shop before they closed, I reviewed the truck to make sure it was done correctly. Unfortunately, there's a plastic molding cover underneath the hood cover that was loose and so that needed to be fixed and then I didn't check the wires by the rear view mirror until this afternoon (Dec 26) when I went to put some leftovers in the front passenger seat that I noticed the plastic protector piece was not put back on and the remote car starter piece was loose on the windshield. So I texted the pictures to Hugo and he apologized for his oversight and if I could come to the shop he would put it back in place and wouldn't take too long. So another inconvenienced and took my two daughters who then fell asleep on the way. Hugo was able to fixed the problem. Overall, for their dilegence, I would rather them 3.5 for admitting their mistakes and fixing the mishaps right away. For the quality, it would have to be 2 because it should've been done correctly without any mishaps the first time. It would save on quality control if they would do a thorough picture inspection of the vehicle being serviced so that one the job is done, they can go through the pictures to compare before and after to avoid rework of their jobs and inconveniencing the customers. I believe when the techs say that it is better than when it came in so I shouldn't have to do the quality checks. I'm not sure that I would trust their work again but knock on wood I hopefully will not need to get it fixed again!

That is exactly the experience we received from Hass Collision and Glass. We unfortunately were the recipients of a distracted driver who rear ended us at a stoplight. No bodily injuries thankfully however the bumper on our car wasn't as fortunate. After some Yelpsearch, I was very impressed with the reviews from Haas Collision and Glass. I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. Took pictures of the damage and a picture of our VIN number. We never had to get out into the cold. He told us he would send us an estimate in a few days. True to his word we received our estimate. Hass worked with the insurance company for the individual that hit us. We scheduled a time to drop off our vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our vehicle, I have to say it looked like a brand new vehicle. The bumper looked perfect. Overall a great experience that did deliver customer service that was second to none. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needed body, glass or repair work, Haas Collision and Glass is highly recommended!
