No bodily injuries thankfully however the bumper on our car wasn't as fortunate. After some Yelpsearch, I was very impressed with the reviews from Haas Collision and Glass. I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. Took pictures of the damage and a picture of our VIN number. We never had to get out into the cold. He told us he would send us an estimate in a few days. True to his word we received our estimate. Hass worked with the insurance company for the individual that hit us. We scheduled a time to drop off our vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our vehicle, I have to say it looked like a brand new vehicle. The bumper looked perfect. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. My insurance had missed that the collision had cracked the container that held my windshield wiper fluid. It was the auto-body shop that did notice this, contacted my insurance for me, got them to approve the repair, and repaired it for me without any additional costs to me (which was AWESOME). PLUS they borrowed me a loaner car while the repairs were done! I hope I never have another accident, but if I do and need any auto-body repair, they're the people I'll see.

We used the Midway Caliber shop to repair our car last year after it was damaged. They did a great…read morejob. The car was recently vandalized and the hood spray painted. We went back to Midway Caliber and the young woman who handled our case enlisted a helper and the two of them spent about 15 minutes removing the paint with lacquer thinner and restoring the hood to its original condition. When they were done they refused payment and sent us on our way. I highly recommend this shop and the friendly people who work there.

Insurance had previously issued me a check for the initial estimate, but when the shop told me that I owed $0, I assumed that insurance would contact me about that. Less than a week later, I received a text from caliber that I would be sent to collections if I did not pay the full amount by the end of the day. I have not received a bill from them that reflects the amount that was paid to them by insurance or what is owed by me. This was an error made by their personnel--they did not collect payment before releasing the vehicle to me--and I find it wildly unprofessional for them to threaten me with collections when only a week has passed and I have not intentionally skipped out on payment
