Got prices from a few businesses incl chains (at least one told me they couldn't get the windshield). Haas was close enough to the cheapest so I went with Haas, a small local business with a great reputation. They had been my first choice all along. Pat was extremely helpful, explaining everything. Waited to post this review to see how things went - no problems whatsoever after two years.

After completing all documents, I found out I would have to take my vehicle to a shop, but no availability. So called River City. Everything looks great and all is functional. Would use River City again and absolutely recommend them!! Thanks, Bryce!!

I have never had chip repair done previously and he was able to explain what it was and wasn't going to do for me. The chip went from very visible to almost non existent. I attended a zoom call in his comfortable lobby/waiting area while he did the work and away I went. He was also about 50% less than a safe lite quote from the 800 number. I'd always rather support a local business vs a large chain and I will be going back to see River City next time I have an auto glass need.

I gave them my email address but got no receipt. I called to ask for a receipt. They told me first that they will send me a receipt in a week. Absolutely horrible experience. We needed a rear glass window replaced in a car. First they told…read moreus they could replace it same day. Then they didn't call us back for 2 days and at that point claimed they could find the window. After waiting 5 days they finally called and said they had the window, but of course it was the wrong one. At that point we "fired" them. Horrible communication and business practices. I wasn't going to stick around and see how terrible their workmanship was.

However with the fancy sensors and cameras on a Volvo they were not able to calibrate so I had to bring my car back after they ordered an OEM windshield from Volvo. First of all, I had to get this done in the AM to be able to get done other things. I was not prepared to LEAVE my home when they called saying I had to come in instead of a home service so I had not eaten anything and could only grab a protein drink and get on the road. In the video they send "please prepare for your appointment" it says this is a 30 to 60 minute JOB INCLUDING SETTING OF THE GLUE. THIS TOOK over 2.5 HOURS! I was livid. I would have ubered home and back if I had known or had someone pick me up?! Let alone all the glass shards all over my dash and MISSING ANTENNA THEY HAVE TO REPLACE. This place was disgusting in the waiting room and it was early AM. Do they ever clean it? Did we not just have a pandemic? Uncomfortable armed chairs provided terrible positioning to relax or do my morning stretches. Sun shining in on gross beige walls and now grey salt covered floors. Bathroom was out of date too but at least seemed clean and not many ladies on site to use it anyways. Just avoid this location at all costs. If they are assigned to you, cancel your appointment and go to another location or a different shop. UPDATE ONE THEY CAME OUT WITH NO ANTENNA SAYING THEY THOUGHT MINE JUST NEEDED TO BE SCREWED BACK ON? how incompetent are these people. Your reply is BS. They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.
