No bodily injuries thankfully however the bumper on our car wasn't as fortunate. After some Yelpsearch, I was very impressed with the reviews from Haas Collision and Glass. I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. Took pictures of the damage and a picture of our VIN number. We never had to get out into the cold. He told us he would send us an estimate in a few days. True to his word we received our estimate. Hass worked with the insurance company for the individual that hit us. We scheduled a time to drop off our vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our vehicle, I have to say it looked like a brand new vehicle. The bumper looked perfect. Overall a great experience that did deliver customer service that was second to none. I gave them my email address but got no receipt. I called to ask for a receipt. They told me first that they will send me a receipt in a week. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. My deductible was higher than the cost of glass....so off I went to start shopping. I was able to get 1 online quote from another company that seemed pretty reasonable based on what the insurance company told me. Then I decided I could find out more shopping on Yelp. I work evenings and nights so I was very grateful to be able to work with a customer service rep over email. Mary was always very responsive to my questions and scheduling an appointment. She gave me a quote that was nearly $100 less than all the other quotes and they would be able to come to me for service. The technician assigned to me was John. He is a customer service dream! Kind, genuine and communicated all the information in a very easily understandable fashion. My garage has a low clearance and he took extra care to make sure that his vehicle would not cause any damage. It seems like an obvious thing, however, there are some really heavy damage on our garage doors because people don't take the extra time to see if they really fit. The whole thing from the time he called to tell me he was on the way to the end was 45 minutes. The glass is great (actually shows now how dirty the rest of my car is...).
