    Tires

I came here to get my tires fixed they diagnosed my tierods and wheel bearing and changed my tire all for a great price they did not bash me over the head like Bobby's and Steve's I'll recommend coming here again chirma and Edward are amazing workers and they will work with you and provide great customer service

My PSI when I left . I had to put air in my own tire because they didn't really check as indicated on my receipt .

I got to the establishment at 9:15 on 11/10/2020 there was a long line so I had to leave . One of the employees Edwin said to ask for him and I wouldn't have to wait when I come back . I returned to the place around noon . He inspected the car and told me all tires were bad . I came in because one of my tires had low pressure . Edwin said I needed all new tires . I said fine and asked about used tires . He said that they wouldn't do my car no good (LIE) . In all my years this is the first time I'm hearing this . I didn't have time to go to another place so I said I will get 2 new tires for the cost $190(OVERPRICED) This is more than Firestone and GoodYear . Fast forward to me receiving my car the low pressure light is still on (SAFETY CONCERN). I told him and he said I needed to drive (LIE) . This is not the 90s my car reflects the air pressure in real time . I had to go to a gas station and put air in my tire to get the light to off. Ridiculous since I just left a tire shop . Now my new ti is reading 29 air pressure and the brand does not match my receipt . The rims were not even securely put back on my car . Do not go here . They don't care about safety . UPDATE : I went back the next day and Ahmed did follow up and give excellent customer service and offered me a free oil change to compensation for the poor execution . They did fix the new tire I purchased . My only annoyance is that the originally reason I came in was never addressed . They were so focus on getting my money my rear tire was never checked. I ended up going to Absolute Tire and Wheel on Broadway and I only needed a patch on the rear tire . I paid $20 . So I paid $190 for two new tires for no reason . Wish I would of found this place first . The people at Absolute are honest and said let me check your tire first and I will let you know if you need a new one or not .

Minnesota winters can be unsettling and unkind and during the summers our cities have more than 10,000 potholes to match our beautiful lakes. Stay in your car and drive unto the warehouse entrance (there's only one entrance). You'll wait till a spot opens up and than you drive in. You tell the worker what you want and are than given a receipt to take it to the check in. Operating since 1998 and a family owned, they have plentiful of new and used tires, are able to fix brakes, mufflers and axles. Fast and efficient service, although their check-in desk/waiting room kinda reminds you of grandpa's uncleaned garage. They are forward and honest about the costs and I find it to be phenomenal that a lot of the workers here are multilingual, to help all the ethnicities that walk in through the door. So, If you don't wanna pay an arm and a leg for a tire or maybe you're dopey enough to have been inspired by Pimp My Ride that you now want a shiny looking rim, check out this place.

Seems like this was indeed a one-off experience and I am very impressed by Nick's integrity and ownership of the mistake. As I said below, I will definitely be back here next time I need a repair (which with how old my car is, is unfortunately often). [Original Review]: I've had good experiences here in the past, so hopefully this is a one-off experience. Brought in my car for what I suspected was a faulty alternator, but asked them to call me once they verified that was the issue and before they replaced anything (I have an old Toyota with 350k miles on it so it is always a question of how much money is worth putting into any repairs on it). I got a call later that day saying my car was done (no call prior to this with a cost, asking for go-ahead, etc) and to stop by to pick it up. I get to the shop to find out they have replaced my battery and not the alternator. I question them in it and they go run another test, and determine it did not need a battery but does still need the alternator replaced. They were nice enough to order an alternator and still get the car fixed by the end of the day, but when I went to pick it up, I look at the receipt to find they had charged me labor and parts for a battery and TWO alternators. I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund for the erroneous second alternator charge. Hoping they are back to the better service I have received from them in the past next time I need to bring my car in and that this is only a one-off.

Parts were 160$ but somehow with labor it's over 500$ to replace spark plugs. Shouldn't take more than an hour labor to complete. The repair was completed, and I left assuming everything was taken care of. The next day my tire pressure light came on. I figured it probably just needed to be reset after the service. By Monday morning, the tire was completely flat. I called the store expecting them to take responsibility and help resolve the issue, especially since the tire was under warranty and they had just serviced it. Instead, I was told I would need to tow the vehicle back in. I explained that I didn't think I should have to pay for a tow when the problem appeared to be related to the work they had just done. Rather than working toward a solution, the manager, Jonathan, became combative and argumentative. The tone was defensive and dismissive, not helpful. When I asked for the name of his manager or someone I could escalate the issue to, he refused to provide it and acted like there was no one above him. I ended up having to call the main customer service line myself to try to get this resolved. I did not create this issue. The tire was covered under warranty, I brought it in for repair, and shortly after the service the tire was completely flat. A reasonable response would have been an apology, arranging a tow, and correcting the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance and poor customer service. Really frustrating experience, and not what you want when dealing with something that directly affects vehicle safety.
