They had available appointments and I went in and told them what the problem was. Turns out it was a nail. I was really stressed about how I was going to pay for this and they got me approved for financing. The guys were nice and explained everything to me and sympathized about being stressed. I'm not quite sure why they only have one star, but I received 5 star service. Thank you Les Schwab

Stopped in and the guy comes right out before I could get out of my truck. That's where the satisfaction ends. I told him I need new break pads and I have 3 hours, and can you do it in that time. He said yes, we will get you new pads, calipers and rotors. I said no sir I don't need all of that, my truck only has 45k miles on it, just need the pads. He said oh I'm not sure if we can do just pads, but I will see if we can and give you a call in 30minutes. That should have made me leave right away. What place that does break service, only do a full break replacement and not just pads? So he took my contact info, and asked me twice for my phone number. I went to the gym for 3 hours and never got a call or email. Decided they must have just replaced the pads without calling to give me a quote; which would have been annoying but not the end of the world bc I needed them anyway. I walk back in 15° weather to the location and they say we've been calling and you never answered. I said I don't have any missed calls, what number do you have? It was the wrong number. I said I gave it to you twice, what about email, what do you have? He just said "your name" so I have no idea if they had my correct email, but they didn't appear to even think of emailing me anyway so who knows. So I just said ok just give me my keys so I can leave. 3 hours I waited and the truck was still on the lift with the tires off, so I had to wait longer for them to put the wheels back on and drop it. He walks in and says here's your keys. No apologies, no remorse. Like it was somehow my fault. So not sure what to say about whether you should take your vehicle here or not for service. No clue what it would have even cost bc they never told me. But would you trust someone who can't take a phone number, or think to at least email to service your vehicle?

Have to put your car up to change the wheels (of course every one does) that will be an extra charge. Oh you need your tires to actually be balanced after the wheels are put on, that will be a charge too. Oh and you want air in the tires, that will be an extra charge (semi-kidding on that last one) but seriously to just fix a wheel scrape it seemed reasonable (like $100-$200) then the extra charges almost doubled that price so I would pass and it's honestly cheaper to just buy a new wheel somewhere else and have them put it on...seriously they are that over priced. Do they know their stuff (seems like they do) but they are REALLY REALLY expensive.

We were about an hour from home when the…read morevan let us know that a body shop we used a few weeks before had not tightened down the lug-nuts after putting the front wheels back on our van. The front passenger side had sheared off three wheel studs and there wasn't much left of the two remaining ones that were holding the wheel on. Using the exit in front of us put us close to Samaritan Tire Company. We drove there at about 5 MPH. They were busy, but got us right in. They were very friendly and had a very comfy waiting area. The new wheel studs were uncommon, but were delivered from nearby, and Chris installed them right away. We are very happy with their work. A few weeks later I called and spoke with Chris, the technician that worked on our van about the possible damage that may have been caused by driving on loose lug nuts. I wanted to know what I should look for, such as cracks in the rim, or a problem with wheel bearings. He was very helpful and didn't mind answering all my questions. In the end I learned that he had already inspected anything that could have been damaged. We will definitely be returning to them for my tires and mechanical work they offer.
