Somethings to know: You are not making an appointment. You will more than likely sit and wait to get in. It says "15 minute oil change" but account for about 20-30 minutes per car. If you don't like waiting, go make an appointment somewhere. They will do an oil change, check your lights, fill your tires, top off your washer fluid and do a quick inspection of under the hood. They can change out batteries here. The employees I encountered were great! A stand out was Andrew (I believe that was his name) He was so great! Awesome costumer service skills! He's the reason I would come back to this location! He checked my engine light and made sure the car was safe to drive! What I needed repaired was more that what this place can do, but it gave me peace of mind until I could get to the dealership! Go to the website! They normally have a $10 off coupon! And if you are on their mailing list I have seen $15 off an oil change! Overall I was very happy with the service I received here! Bring a book or have your phone changed in case you have to wait in line!

I have not been to this location before but I will continue to go to this location due to how awesome the service was!! This was early morning, so there was no line and I was able to get in very quickly. Normally an oil change would take about 15-20 which is still super fast! But because I was the only car, these guys worked on my car like a pit crew and I was out in 10 mins! These guys changed my oil, topped off my coolant, changed my windshield wipers, changed the engine filter, pumped up my tires, and topped off my washer fluid! They all had awesome customer service! I also got a discount, which with a flyer is pretty standard but I didn't have the flyer this time. I believe the value was great and I am happy with how far my dollar stretched here! These guys definitely have my business and I WILL be back!

NEGLIGENCE, FALSE TIMELINES & VEHICLE DAMAGE…read more Do not trust this shop with your vehicle. I dropped off my 2006 Tundra on Thursday morning for standard timing belt, water pump, transmission fluid, brakes, and exhaust work. A 1.5-day job turned into a nightmare. The store manager, Lee, admitted to me that they accepted my vehicle job knowing their Master Technician was actively on vacation. Because of this gross staffing issue, someone unfamiliar with the engine timing alignment botched it and had to tear the front of my engine down THREE times. They had my vehicle for 5 full work days. They lied to me about the daily status, causing me to miss a time-sensitive personal business transaction. To make matters worse, they attempted to double-charge me for duplicate cooling system flushes, which they removed after I questioned them. Worse of all, when I finally picked up my truck and drove it home. I found it fresh with fresh damage. The technicians spent so much time leaning on the front of my hood that it is now covered in deep micro-scratches. My rear quarter panel also has fresh dents and scratches from the tools or parts being around the bay. The cut is a small discount at the counter to avoid an immediate corporate standoff, but returning a customer's truck with body damage after 5 full work days of incompetence is completely unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs.

After bringing my Trailblazer here I would feel completely comfortable making the decisions on my own. (see photos) They give a comprehensive file with pictures and additional insight to the problems, which is extremely helpful. There were a few questions I had about a couple recommended issues and Pete (who completed my inspection report) was able to clarify them with ease and honesty, so I was able to save money on not having to do that repair. It was more of a riding comfort suggestion so it wasn't a big deal since it doesn't bother me. I received a link to the reports via text and e-mail. For the estimate, you can go down the list, which included each cost, and just click "approve" if you want it done which is very convenient when you are at home. If you have questions call! Like I said above they are very easy to talk to and there was never any feel of pressure. Being pregnant during COVID is a concern but the inside was very clean including the shuttle service vehicle and I was very comfortable being there. They have a drink station there or Dunkin Donuts is next door. I also thought it was neat that they have a big picture window with bar height stools and counter that you can watch the mechanics in the shop. I don't think I've ever seen that before. After the repairs, I called around for other pricing estimates and CBA was around what others were. Some areas were less and some were slightly more. One being the fluid flushes. CBA was about $20-30 more expensive. I am a fairly frugal but I would still choose here versus saving $20 somewhere else, especially if you are getting other work done which could equal out the total price. Plus, you have the photos to prove why the repair needs to be done versus someone basically telling you to trust them.. This is now our first choice for automotive repairs.
