Very disappointed in the transparency of the communication. I would look somewhere else to service your vehicle.

I was told I wasn't on the schedule and couldn't be seen and that my new appt was on Friday. This is the 3rd time it's happened. I'm tired of it. I've never had these issues in Otsego. My alignment is horrible and I have to drive long distances to work, it's wondering and steering stiff. I was really relying on them this week. Now I have to come in tomorrow on my gym day after work. I can look forward to not seeing my family tomorrow.
