This smug entitled little dink of a kid(newer guy) grabs it off the shelf and it was $17, ok fine, I am in a hurry. Turns out it is the wrong one, no big deal I get it. So I back to exchange it, and this indignant kid won't even look at it to see why it does not fit, he just stares at his computer and says we don't install, and insists it is the right one. If he would have looked at my vehicle he would have clearly seen that indeed he gave me the wrong one and saved a customer. I recommend that Napa sticks with people that have some form of people skills and know something about automotive. Seriously, I assume this kid is a relative of the owner, otherwise no way a fully functioning business owner would hire a person like this normally. Warzecha auto parts are right up the road, save yourself some frustration and go there.

The team at Big O took the tire and worked their magic to reseal the tire to the rim. They weren't sure if their tools would work for the small tire but it was worth a shot. In less than five minutes the tech came out with the tire sealed and full of air. The team was great! They took the tire and figured out how to reseal it and handed back to me full of air. Great work! Even though I was only in the shop for 10 minutes to fix my snowblower tire, I would recommend the Big O team in Elk River for tire service.

Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me "what's wrong, you just left". I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. When I got there he noticed I had completely worn tires and needed those too! He was able to get my tires on that morning and at a great price!
