When he called Hoover and told them what was supposedly wrong with the car, he was told that it would be $900, at most, IF EVERYTHING HE STATED WAS WRONG. Well, they fixed the car for little more than $600, as it wasn't nearly as bad as the other shop stated. We are delighted with their honesty and excellent work. The work done included an alignment, ball joints, and tie rod replacement on one side of the vehicle. Should you need service, they do charge $20. This cost is applied to any repairs you have done there. Also, you get a discount if you pay with a card, rather than cash or check. When the car needs this kind of work again, we know where to go.
