They charge by how full the truck gets plus recycling fees for certain items such as mattresses and TV's. $29 for a mattress and up to $89 depending on the size the TV. $89 for my old junker. When I reached out to several companies, I asked they typical questions about carpet cleaning, plus asked if they could move a couple of pieces of furniture. Nick said his company could. He showed up alone, and did not move any furniture. He struggled getting the equipment up and down the stairs and we were actually worried he was going to hurt himself. After he left and the carpet dried, I noticed several stains around the carpet and it didn't feel soft when it dried. Instead of leaving a bad review, I reached out and asked what I should do. I also mentioned that my carpet was stiff and crunchy, so I asked if there was something we could do for that. He offered to come back out Monday. I said, "sure. What time?" He replied, "130" I confirmed 1:30. When he didn't show up at 1:30, I reached out. Nick said he came to my house at 1:10 and knocked loudly and no one answered. Then he left. He assumed I forgot and didn't wait until our appointment time. No one was home because the agreed upon appointment time was 1:30. The next message was rude and Nick turned this on me and said, "you should have communicated that with me. I drove all the way out from Otsego. I was trying to be nice." I was trying both times to give him a chance to fix the problem so that I could leave a good review. I like to support small businesses.
