Our classic Mercedes broke down and we needed a tow. We requested a flatbed from Kustom Karriers…read more They dispatched their driver Frank and he arrived promptly to the location where we were stalled. Frank was very careful in loading and securing our car onto his truck. Frank acted in a very considerate manner about our concerns of having our car towed and he was knowledgeable about properly anchoring the straps to the chassis. I rode with Frank over to the repair facility in his tow truck and we had some nice conversation. I would highly recommend using Kustom Karriers to anyone who is in need of a tow. They are prompt, efficient, and courteous. Well worth the money and peace of mind - especially for those who really love their old classic car! It is no wonder that this company has the contract with AAA roadside service.

She was following her lead in advising that the registration, insurance, etc was needed. She connected with them once again and they have now revised their request and only an ID was necessary to release the bikes. I called to inquire about information as our e-bicycle was taken there and when I spoke to a representative on the phone she was quite rude, short, and not knowledgeable. She would say one thing and then change her mind saying another and cut me off when I was asking a question. She asked for a license, registration and insurance on a bicycle. It's not a motorcycle. It's so frustrating when I'm wanting to get more details on how to get my e-bicycle out yet their customer service is awful. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would.

Went to my grandfather's funeral, and when I got back, my car was towed by this scammy company…read more AFTER the Uber drops me off, the crabby, rude old lady at the front desk informs me I can only pay cash to get my vehicle out for $500!!! I'm already crying because I'm stressed about the funeral, and scared being in this city alone when my home is 3 hours away. Only accepting cash is a huge red flag, but to make it even better, they don't have an ATM! So, crying, I have to call another uber to take me to an atm to get cash and back to the tow yard. Upon paying the $500 extortion fee, I discover I dropped my car keys in the uber. Now I'm really crying because it just has been a really bad day. I have to call Uber and pay them for the driver's phone number to then pay him to drive my keys back to the tow yard. The crabby, horrible-excuse-for-a-human being at the front desk sees me crying and calling the uber driver, and gleefully sings out to me that if the driver isn't there by 6:00 pm with my keys(it's 5:30 pm) that I will not be able to get my car because she is closing and it will be an additional $65 to get tomorrow. I am STRANDED at this place, three hours from my home, out of money with no place to go, and she could see how scared and upset I was, but she found it pleasurable to add to my distress by being a horrible, evil human being. What kind of person does that? Yep, I made a mistake in my time of shock and sorrow, got my car towed, and paid over $700 rectifying it. But to be treated the way that old lady treated me and to be mocked and laughed at during something so stressful and scary is a testament to what kind of company this is. Thankfully the uber driver arrived 5 minutes before they closed. Now all I can do is spend my long drive home praying that the rude, empathy-lacking old lady at the front desk receives everything she deserves in this lifetime and the next one.
