The driver (Adam) arrived promptly, and he provided excellent assistance with a professional demeanor. I was relieved that he quickly identified the issue, which alleviated my worries and simplified the entire experience. His dedication to helping me out did not go unnoticed, and I will undoubtedly reach out to this service in the future. read more

I would highly recommend Galeana's Towing! My car was hit after a very long night shift while it was parked, and the two young men that showed up to tow my car went above and beyond. They carried my belongings and car seat for me and we're very polite and professional. They also showed up in a very timely manner. It was also in a very difficult area for them and there wasn't much space. They did a wonderful job. Thank you. read more

My car died in the middle of an intersection on Lake St. Galeana's were so helpful, they were there in 10 mins, had my car on the truck quickly and safely and took me to the requested dealership no problem. They helped make a very stressful situation a lot easier. I really appreciate these guys! read more

Had a toolbox transported. Quick and easy with good communication throughout whole process.

On Minneapolis' first below zero morning of the 2019 December winter, my car battery died and the car would not start. Galeana's Towing was fast, reasonable and ready to help. I will use them again should I have car needs! read more

Had to get my car towed and these guys were awesome. Got an estimated quick and within 25 minutes of calling the tow truck arrived. The man was very kind and explained everything to me. He even texted me pictures of my car at the mechanic he dropped it off at. Definitely reccomend read more

Rafael, Osiel, and Rigo from Galeana's Towing did a fantastic job towing my vehicle yesterday. My car was parked in an underground garage with a very low clearance of 6'10". There were many concrete columns, narrow areas, and turns to avoid just to get out of the garage, and they did a fantastic job. I videoed the whole thing because it was pretty unbelievable work. Thank you so much Galeana's Towing! read more

Jason, at Galeana, gives excellent customer service and takes great care of your car. Based on his service, I highly recommend Galeana

Super fast service and the Best Price. They changed my transmission seal on my Grand Cherokee within a few hours on the same day I contacted him. Simply 110% satisfied... read more

One of the worst days of the year. My car was stuck and buried in its parking spot while a snow emergency was called. A company that I had been waiting for all day cancelled on me and Galeanas came through. I was so impressed with their service and how nice the driver was even after pulling cars out all day. He even moved my car to the parking spot I wanted. I've never wanted to hug a stranger so much! I have a few repairs I've been needing to get done and I'll be getting a quote from Galeanas to complete those. I think that I've found my go-to people in the metro. I absolutely recommend. Thank you all so much! read more

Look, if I could give more than 5 stars for Rafael and his crew, I would. I live right down the street from his shop and he has helped me at a moments notice on many occasions. My neighbor first recommended him several years ago and I have appreciated it ever since. I once went next door to Clyde's Auto for a quote on new front axle ends and was quoted MORE than DOUBLE with a much longer wait time. I would and have recommended Galeana's to many friends and family and they all love him too! Brakes, car not starting, axle ends, new starter, exhaust system... I have an older car and those are some of the things he has fixed perfectly, quickly and at a very fair cost. He runs his business in a very old school, neighborly way. Can't praise this shop enough! read more

Galeana's is a Mexican owned auto mechanic shop located literally next to Clydes Auto Service on 38th Street. I got frustrated with Clydes, not because of poor service or lack of inexperience, but because they charge outrageous prices for their service. One day my car broke down a block away so I decided to try Galeana's, knowing full well Clydes would have taken my pocket book to the cleaners. Instead of getting their tow truck, they got the whole family, everyone from their 5 year old to their grandpa, to push my car to their shop. They could have charged me, but they didn't. An hour later my car was running perfectly and was charged less then I had expected. I've been taking my car there ever since. Don't worry about any language barriers, they can speak both Espanol and English. read more

I first met the owner of Galeanas when the hitch fell off my food trailer. Really. I had a box with wheels and Rafael was able to tow that sucker back to his shop and then line me up with somebody to tow it back to the manufacturer. If you need a tow, I'd choose him over Dukes on Lake Street; that is my opinion. This dude is true blue, and I have taken my cars to him ever since. He and his mechanics work hard to get the job done on time, even if it means overtime. This was appreciated the week my schedule was already disrupted by the hospitalization of a family member. The price is always on target here. Today he fixed my windshield washer free of charge. In a big city, it feels like, and is, a local friendly business. While English is not Rafael's first language, I've never had a problem communicating with him. Give him a shot and I think you'll be happy you did. read more

Towing arrived and gently pulled my car out of a snowdrift almost before i put down the phone. Now i'm sure i'll try Galeana's car repair, too! read more

This is the nicest towing service I've ever known. My car was broken down on Penn and Olsen Memorial, I yelped for towing service, and Galeana's came highly recommended. So I called, a very pleasant man answered the phone, and all I had to do was text my location. He arrived within 15 minutes later. After he dropped my car off, I didn't have any cash so he drove me to the nearest ATM so I could pay him. If this didn't top it all off, he hand delivered my receipt to my front door that same evening! Anyway, I highly recommend Galeana's should you need to get your vehicle somewhere. read more

I chose this company based on the Yelp rating (didn't look at the reviews at the time). These guys were awesome! Had a bit of an issue getting my card run through the machine but after that it was fantastic. They came and picked me up, dropped my car at my mechanic's garage and helped me practice Spanish all at the same time. Warm, friendly yet professional. Price was reasonable, especially in comparison to Bobby & Steve's. Would totally call them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Yes we have been here in the morning so it will I really don't know where I can come to you in my car so I'm sorry that it didn't get me out to go back in time for me some people are going good read more

This family-run business is fantastic. They always answer their phone (note they're not open on Sunday's, but call anyway and they'll get back to you right away!), prompt, friendly, professional and competitively priced. Your driver almost hit me, cut me off while I was established in my lane. Honked at them and they still pulled over almost hitting me.

I broke down on the interstate close to downtown Minneapolis. I'm from out of state so had no idea who to contact and thankfully randomly selected this company to help get me off the highway. They responded within 30 mins and made sure they knew exactly where I was by having me send them my location via text message. They took my car back to the shop and replaced the alternator and had me back on the road home within the hour for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend these guys! The guy at the front desk was very helpful from fielding my call to explaining why the part was broke and needed to be replaced. Great Job! If you need a tow in the Twin Cities - these guys should be your go-to. read more

Car broke down a small distance away from them and they arrived within 5 mins and was able to bring my car home. The guy who towed my car was really nice and would definitely recommend them again read more

Outstanding service. Owner is friendly and cooperative. Very reasonable prices. He also has a very nice truck and knows what he is doing. Many gas stations seem to have stopped towing themselves, so Galeana's is a good place to know about in these cases. Sometimes it is hard to figure out which ones are good. I picked this place because it had outstanding reviews and I am happy to recommend it to others. read more

If you need a towing service or car repair in the twin cities, Galeana's Towing is the place to go! I had a stalled car at St Louis Park today, and Rafael helped me out. He got to the place within half an hour after the phone, very friendly and helpful! He knows what he is doing and he even volunteered to check my car out. Highly recommended! read more

Winter, 2012. I was at a gas station filling my power steering fluid, yet again. A gallant stranger approached me, inquiring as to why I was doing something so strange. I told him my rack and pinion were broken but I couldn't afford to get it fixed. He told me to take it to Raphael at Galeana Towing & Auto. I did. It cost me HALF THE PRICE others quoted. My car has 200K miles and it's still going strong. They fixed my brakes the following year. My tie rod broke recently, they towed it for me. They fixed it as soon as I brought them the part. No hassle. They fix it right the first time. Seriously the best in town. read more

Galeana's has always been good to us. We live down the street on 39th and without fail Galeana's is always willing to help us out. Their rates are reasonable, they will tell you what's wrong, show you what needs to be done, and get it done in a timely manner. No gimmicks, and they don't try to con you into fixing things that don't need to be fixed. These guys are honest, dependable, and trustworthy. I am a Galeana's customer for LIFE! read more
