Normally I get a rude person that seems annoyed. This was not the case. I wish I could remember this gentleman's name but he was amazing. He made it out to me within 20 minutes, told me what was wrong with my car (what to tell the shop as I am not even a little handy with cars), and had it moved right away. I did not know he only took cash Which I did not have on me. No worries, brought me to the gas station down the road. Wish more people were like B & K towing. Phenomenal customer service!

Then after, again, repeated attempts to get someone on the phone they told me that they would be out in 45 minutes. It has now been another 24 hours since that call and there is still no tow. Anyways I notice when going to work early morning my Chevy Trailblazer (Who I named Old Faithful) was reving really hard. As I continued to drive it out to where I had to go the Check Engine light went on. I had this problem before which is an Engine Misfire. On one of the Sparkplugs and Cylinders. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay. All in All I only spent $400 and my engine was running great. Please come over here! He won't rip you off with Lies about the car! 5 stars in my book especially coming from Chicago, IL.

My classic car broke down on the side of the road. I called Shakopee Towing and they dispatched a driver by the name of Micheal. He arrived about 30 minutes after my phone call. Micheal did an excellent job of maintaining the integrity of my car from loading it up all the way to dropping it off at the repair shop. I offer Micheal a tip as a token of gratitude and he refused. That's a first for me and a really nice move. Im very impressed with Micheal and Shakopee Towing. I cant recommend them enough! read more

Reckless driver! I was tailgated this afternoon south of Champlin, MN by a Shakopee Towing tow truck that was pulling a trailer with a jet-ski on Hwy 169, northbound. He rode up within 5 ft. of my bumper, turned-on his high-beams, blew his horn and cursed at me. This was during rush hour, in heavy traffic. I saw him later in Anoka, also driving like an ignorant jerk. I wouldn't recommend that outfit to anybody, with that being an example of the type of employees they hire. read more

Yesterday we had a flat tire while driving on Hwy 169. We called AAA and within minutes we received a text from Andrew at Shakopee Towing letting us know he was on the way. Andrew couldn't have been more professional and efficient. We were back on the road within minutes. Andrew even suggested an alternate route home to make sure we were safe while driving on the spare tire. Highly recommend! read more

He delivered my vehicle to the dealership. He even handed the keys to the service desk, so that they could start the ticket to get my tire taken care.
