When I was on the phone I heard someone in the background complaining about "rush hour" and at that point I should have known there was going to be an issue. Lets take a few steps back, when I initially called they answered the phone with "hello?", like I was calling a friend. I had to inquire if I was calling towing service. However, I decided to proceed because it was $30 cheaper than the first service I called. 45 minutes later when they were suppose to be there I received a phone call saying the tow truck had broken down and he needed to turn around and get a new one. I asked the driver to call me when he was 10 minutes away. An hour later I texted the driver asking for an ETA and he informed me was trying to make it back to switch trucks but was unable to. Overall extremely disappointed. I am not impressed with the service I received, or didn't receive, and the lack in communication.
