When I was on the phone I heard someone in the background complaining about "rush hour" and at that point I should have known there was going to be an issue. Lets take a few steps back, when I initially called they answered the phone with "hello?", like I was calling a friend. I had to inquire if I was calling towing service. However, I decided to proceed because it was $30 cheaper than the first service I called. 45 minutes later when they were suppose to be there I received a phone call saying the tow truck had broken down and he needed to turn around and get a new one. I asked the driver to call me when he was 10 minutes away. An hour later I texted the driver asking for an ETA and he informed me was trying to make it back to switch trucks but was unable to. Overall extremely disappointed. I am not impressed with the service I received, or didn't receive, and the lack in communication.

The Chief's dispatch answered immediately. A very cordial and helpful young man named Jack came over promptly. Jack took care of everything from there! He loaded up my car on his truck bed. He delivered my vehicle to the dealership. He even handed the keys to the service desk, so that they could start the ticket to get my tire taken care. All of this while I stayed nice and warm in my house. I didn't have to do anything further! Chief's Towing, and Jack truly made my day, and saved me frostbite!!! I could not have had a better experience with Chief's Towing and how they took care of me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!

They charge whatever they want to and don't give a shit about your vehicle or how much it will cost you to get it out of impound. Above all that they make sure to put in there agreement that they are not liable for any items in your vehicle while in the impound lot which gives them access to whatever you have in your vehicle. So they steal what they want as much as they want. In my opinion they are pure evil people who not only charge way too much but they also steal what they want from your vehicle.
