Progressive Insurance sent me here for a hail damage inspection…read more When I initially arrived the employee who was just opening up the shop seemed surprised to see me. He said the Progressive hadn't notified him that I would be coming. Even with that set back things got set in motion pretty quickly. He reached out to the technician who would be doing my inspection. The technician happened to be running late, but upon his arrival he wrapped up the inspection very quickly. Progressive had me block out an 8am-9am time slot on my calendar and I was out of there by 8:45am! The technician was super friendly. He chatted with me for about 10 minutes after he completed the inspection. He walked me through what points caused him to achieve his end results, and also gave me some advice on auto body issues unrelated to the incident. I was going to be giving this place a two or three star review due to how the experience started, but the efficiency and friendliness of the technician really turned the whole scenario around!

I originally went there from an auto accident because they were close by and because there was a…read morerental place next door I could go to. At that time I had no idea that they were great at what they did. I now know this to be a fact. I've since been there on several occasions and they've never disappointed me. Even when I came to them with a 20 year-old car that needed salvage parts from a dry salt free area like Arizona, they accommodated me by being available to accept the delivery and inspecting the goods and making sure they worked. Now I've also had to get quotes from other body shops in the past. Comparatively speaking I don't regard these guys as the cheapest out there nor do I regard them as the most expensive. They're pretty much in the average price range. But what I do believe is that ABP delivers quality results within a reasonable time frame and at a fair price. Slick work, great paint matching, even on a 20-year old car.

I am so delighted that I found this place!…read more I managed to damage the driver's side door and fender of my '82 Trans Am during its maiden voyage after a rebuild, and none of the "traditional" body shops in town were even willing to LOOK at it, much less tackle it. Enter, Vescio's. I'd called about six or seven different places and had gotten pretty good at the "hey so I've got a bit of an older car" routine, since the third-get F-bodies are getting old enough where they're considered "classics" by modern body shops but aren't quite old enough for the specialty shops to really mess with them. Upon speaking with Nikole at Vescio's over the phone, right away I could tell this was going to be the place. I described the damage, and she told me they'd just done another third-gen F-body a few weeks earlier and were very familiar with what needed to fixed. She recommended a stellar towing company and I had the car delivered to them the next week. I dropped by later that same day and got a chance to meet some of "the crew" -- some extremely knowledgeable and personable guys who didn't seem bothered at all that a customer was walking around the shop while they worked. Bo, the owner, was a standout throughout the entire process. I trusted him right away when we started talking about the work, and he understood completely when I explained that the drivetrain hadn't been driven or broken-in and that the vehicle would need special care. I got regular text-message updates, and the work was done in a super super timely manner compared to what was being quoted at other places. I even had them repair some pre-existing damage since it was already in the shop, and not only did I get a very fair price, the workmanship was equally outstanding. This was a complete peanuts project for these guys, and they still gave me outstanding service. Vescios crew, I would love for our paths to cross again, but hopefully under better circumstances next time!
