I was impressed with the service I received throughout the whole process. It was not my best day when I called and spoke with Heather. She really helped me understand the whole process. And just her friendliness and kindness helped heal my broken spirit. They helped me coordinate a rental through Enterprise, at both drop-off off and pick-up. It was perfectly seamless. The Ham Lake location was a little backed up due to staff shortages. I okay'd having my car "shipped" to a secondary location for the actual repairs. It ended up in Sauk Rapids and they were just as wonderful with customer service communication. Getting my first look at my car after repairs were done, it looked so pretty! Can't even tell anything was broken in the first place. Thank you for all your help. Oh, and repairs were finished early which meant I could get it back in my possession a day early (Thursday). Which was helpful due to that final day (Friday) being logistically busy. Plus my rental coverage would become exhausted on Saturday, so I couldn't wait until Monday for picking out back up. Awesome work and a breeze to deal with. Had deep scratches on the front bumper of my brand new…read moretruck as I kissed my work bench pulling into my garage.
