I was impressed with the service I received throughout the whole process. It was not my best day when I called and spoke with Heather. She really helped me understand the whole process. And just her friendliness and kindness helped heal my broken spirit. They helped me coordinate a rental through Enterprise, at both drop-off off and pick-up. It was perfectly seamless. The Ham Lake location was a little backed up due to staff shortages. I okay'd having my car "shipped" to a secondary location for the actual repairs. It ended up in Sauk Rapids and they were just as wonderful with customer service communication. Getting my first look at my car after repairs were done, it looked so pretty! Can't even tell anything was broken in the first place. Thank you for all your help. Oh, and repairs were finished early which meant I could get it back in my possession a day early (Thursday). Which was helpful due to that final day (Friday) being logistically busy. Plus my rental coverage would become exhausted on Saturday, so I couldn't wait until Monday for picking out back up. Everything worked out perfectly. I recommend this business (and these 2 locations, Ham Lake and Sauk Rapids) to anyone needing autobody work!

Don't go here! I've used this body shop before and they were pleasant and nice, a little on the unprofessional side. The whole "lobby" is basically where all the employees all eat their meals and have pots full of food everywhere. I don't think employees should ever be able to take breaks or eat in front of customers. They did a good job keeping the price low for a simple repair, and I appreciated that. It was $400 to get a hole in my bumper fixed. A few months later, I get rear-ended and my bumper ends up needing to be repaired, again. I bring my car back in and they give me an estimate, and it's way more than last time! I didn't think much of it, considering insurance was going to pay for it. However, when there were additional repairs needed as the insurance adjuster was evaluating my car, Roger's Auto Body declined to call me and inform me of this. They never even called me and asked me if it was okay to go ahead with the repairs on my car. They just did them, and called me a week and a half later telling me my car was ready. I didn't even have the insurance check and couldn't afford to pay them then and there. Knowing this, they persistently called every day for another week asking me to pick up my car. The owner called me from their business phone and personal cell phone numerous times a day. Finally, I get the insurance check. It cleared the bank, and I go to pick up my car, and the bill was $500 more than the original estimate. I'm pretty sure mechanics and body shops are supposed to call or get some kind of written consent for repairs, and final invoices are only supposed to be 10% more than the original invoice. They were trying to get me to pay over 100% of the original estimate. For some reason the owner let me walk away paying for the original estimate, but I had all of the employees (on their "break") yelling at me from afar, calling me crude names, etc. The owner threatened to sue me for that last $500, and continues to call me from the work and their own personal cell phone numerous times a week. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went to Rogers Auto Body and want to tell everyone what a GREAT experience. I had just a small scratch on the back of my SUV from a grocery cart. My car is fairly new and Rogers was able to rub it out on less than 5 minutes. When I asked how much they said no charge, just remember us when you have a real need to get vehicle repaired. He said the Progressive hadn't notified him that I would be coming. Even with that set back things got set in motion pretty quickly. He reached out to the technician who would be doing my inspection. The technician happened to be running late, but upon his arrival he wrapped up the inspection very quickly. Progressive had me block out an 8am-9am time slot on my calendar and I was out of there by 8:45am! The technician was super friendly. He chatted with me for about 10 minutes after he completed the inspection. He walked me through what points caused him to achieve his end results, and also gave me some advice on auto body issues unrelated to the incident. I was going to be giving this place a two or three star review due to how the experience started, but the efficiency and friendliness of the technician really turned the whole scenario around!

I asked to get it fixed was told that I had to go to their shop Collison Corner, in Maple Plaine. The disaster began when I took it to their repair shop were they clearly were not qualified, and painted it, stripped it and repainted it again. They gave me the car back 3 times being multiple colors. It took 6 weeks for them to give me a garbage paint job. It literally opened and cracked all over the side panels, hood, door panels. I spent months trying to work with John O'Sullivan, who owns the gas station, who just stopped answering, his friend Curt the owner of Collison would not take my calls, after promising to fix it for months. Curts front desk lady told me stop calling he is not going to bother calling you back nor will he fix it.I have pictures taken before, during and after from the Lexus dealership. I also have emails and photos of all the errors Collison Corners made. It is over $8,000 to repair at the dealership that actually knows what they are doing, and neither business will fix my car. They will not reply or answer calls and have left my car a disaster. I live in the neighborhood will go anywhere but these Holidays or Collison Corner. SKIP

The manager was very rude to my wife and said he didn't have time to deal with people that were quote shopping for an insurance money payout. My wife was furious! In fact, she flipped out. My wife is from Peru, South America, and she was convinced that the entire episode was racist and demeaning to her as a Latin woman. 2. I stopped by last year to get a quote on rust repair and new paint for my daughter's big jacked up, blacked out, bad ass Cadillac Escalade with 37 inch tires. Jesse convinced me that the money for rust repair alone would be at least $15,000. I'd be better off starting with a different rust-free vehicle from a southern state. Oh, well. A bitter pill but good honest advice and much appreciated. 3. Most recently Blue Line repaired my Toyota Matrix. It was hit by the tire delivery lady at Slim's Motor Clinic while parked out back. The insurance company sucked. But Blue Line was awesome! Once payment was finally received, they did a beautiful job. And they did it with lightning speed. They even did some extra painting, which I really appreciated. Excellent communication too. After 51 days, Jesse took mercy on me and let me take the car...even though the insurance company hadn't made the final payment yet.
