So I'm averaging everything out to 4 stars. 1. My wife stopped by a few years ago to get a quote for bumper repair on our old Chevy Malibu. The manager was very rude to my wife and said he didn't have time to deal with people that were quote shopping for an insurance money payout. My wife was furious! In fact, she flipped out. My wife is from Peru, South America, and she was convinced that the entire episode was racist and demeaning to her as a Latin woman. 2. I stopped by last year to get a quote on rust repair and new paint for my daughter's big jacked up, blacked out, bad ass Cadillac Escalade with 37 inch tires. Jesse convinced me that the money for rust repair alone would be at least $15,000. I'd be better off starting with a different rust-free vehicle from a southern state. Oh, well. A bitter pill but good honest advice and much appreciated. 3. Most recently Blue Line repaired my Toyota Matrix. It was hit by the tire delivery lady at Slim's Motor Clinic while parked out back. The insurance company sucked. But Blue Line was awesome! Once payment was finally received, they did a beautiful job. And they did it with lightning speed. They even did some extra painting, which I really appreciated. Excellent communication too.
