I found out that Newport Collision Center has new ownership and the business has changed. I was given a quote for the work and we agreed on a date to bring the car in. After I dropped may car off I got a call a few days later that the owner was not happy with the quote and wanted to charge more. I agreed to the new price and when I went to pick up my car, not all of the work was done. Some of what was worked on did not look good. I went to pick the car 3 times and found that what we agreed to was not done. They did not complete the work even after I agreed to a requote. I had 3 other jobs done here under the old ownership and the work was flawless.
