I chose this location based on its reputation for quality work and a strong recommendation from a trusted friend. From the outset, I made it clear to the team that I have a keen eye for detail and would thoroughly inspect the vehicle upon delivery. Unfortunately, my experience with this Caliber location fell far below expectations due to a lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and the consistent wasting of my time.
Throughout the process, I received multiple text updates about the progress of the repairs, which was appreciated at first. However, I was sent five separate messages revising the delivery date, each requiring me to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate their changing timeline. This repeated rescheduling disrupted my professional commitments and was incredibly frustrating.
When I arrived for the first scheduled pick-up, I was disheartened to find that the Paint Protection Film (PPF), which had been removed, had not been replaced. I refused delivery. During the second attempt, I noticed a nick in the paint at the very spot where the damage occurred. Instead of taking accountability, the representative claimed it was a rock chip I must have picked up, even though I showed them a photo clearly proving it was part of the original damage. Only then did their attitude shift, and they promised to contact the insurance company for approval to fix it.
By the third delivery attempt, my patience was completely exhausted. While I reluctantly accepted the vehicle, I was appalled to find an area still scuffed from the impact. When I brought this up, I was dismissively told that "every vehicle has a few scrapes." This was an unacceptable response for a company supposedly focused on quality.
To make matters worse, they had disconnected my battery without warning. When I entered the car and activated my seat profile, the seat moved all the way forward, pinning me against the steering wheel. I then checked under the hood and discovered the entire engine bay covered in paint dust--an egregious oversight that demonstrates their utter lack of care.
Overall, my experience with this Caliber location was profoundly disappointing. Their attention to detail is severely lacking, their communication is unreliable, and their disregard for my time is unacceptable.
