I'm beyond upset because of the 2 months I've wasted waiting for them to fix my car. I made an appointment about 2 months ago with no issue, they called me last week to reschedule my appointment a week out, so no problem. I'm fine with that. So, take my tesla in on the date moved to, no issue. Asked front desk gal if they were tesla certified, she said yea - everything is great so far. I get a call the following day from Marco the manager stating they can't fix my car because they don't have the proper tesla scanner, because they are not tesla certified!!!! Here's why I'm upset and why they get a 1 star review, they've had 2 months to figure that out!! No one thought to check if they have the scanner or what they needed to fix a Tesla?? Come to find out they've never actually fixed a Tesla before!!!! Marco was even the person who looked at my car to give me the quote!! I mean, come on!!! 2 freaking months!!! There's just no excuse for this. So now I have to start the process all over again and waste more time. Just be upfront with customers. If you can't fix it just say so. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair.
