He's great at what he does, and I truly appreciate his communication and help throughout the process. My request was a little outside the usual repair job. I wanted additional work done as part of an insurance-covered bumper repair, including an aftermarket bumper. Other shops I contacted, including one GEICO directed me to, weren't willing to accommodate the request. I searched for highly rated body shops in Minneapolis, found Hagen's, and I'm glad I called. They were willing to work with me on what I wanted, and they did a great job. If you're considering an aftermarket front or rear bumper alongside body work, give them a call and ask what's possible. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help.

They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

I had to chase the guy down and told the girl that answered the phone that it was ridiculous. Matt finally called me back and had mentioned via telephone that he'll go ahead with it and emailed me, out of no where he told me in email that he talked to the manager (attached) and basiclly not worth the fix. I was so upset that I called to speak to Matts manager. The manager stated that Matt probably thought it'll be better to put money in my pockets.I dont want the money. That's why it's a claim. He also mentioned that Matt's done it before upsetting customers. By not understanding, I'm assuming? I said if my repairs are not meeting dollar amount in minmum, they should have told me months ago and not say yes then say no to me 3 months later. He told me that it wasn't because the repair was "too little." He said they would fix it and order the part, and he would personally call me when part gets in.
