They then told me for a week "we will have an update by the end of the day," "we will have an update in the morning" "we will have an update after the weekend." So I called Monday at 8:30, they said, "we will have an update in an hour" so I called back at 10:00, 1.5 hours later, and they still hadn't looked at it they told me it was the next car which was complete bs givin what they had told me the last week. So I chewed the guy out on the phone and told him and the shop to get fuckin bent and I'm getting it towed to a new place. When I got there to get it towed, they had completely snapped my key off and it is stuck in the ignition. So no wonder they hadn't worked on it they couldn't even turn it to neutral to move into shop. They never told me either, they consistently lied to me just feeding me bullshit I am so frustrated with this place and I rarely write reviews. So I hope this saves somebody the trouble off accidentally getting towed to or making an appointment at this hell hole.
