There can be a back up in scheduling bc they are so good at everything. I had an estimate done this week for a small fender bender and they can't take my vehicle until early January. Like others have said, the service here is just outstanding. My tech was great, but I need to give a special shout out to the desk workers. While I waited they were giving excellent service to an older lady who had lots of questions and thoughts, and not all of them were car related. The only bad thing I can say is the waiting room is perfectly fine, but not so comfy that you'd want to stay here for hours.

The Safelite technician attempted to repair a small windshield crack, but did not successfully repair it. I did not need a new windshield to begin with. I only had a small chip which they did not have the competence to fix.

To be honest, I don't remember the windshield replacement I had with them way back when, but I think that is a good thing :) While I had the gentleman, Jake, on the phone yesterday, I asked if I could pick his brain as I am about to purchase a car. A friend told me about LaMettry's so I tried them as a comparison. The process was slick - online at first, followed by a call with a very experienced person. He was creative about fixing a broken speaker screen inside the vehicle that otherwise required replacing the entire door. We had great communication throughout the process, and when I picked up the car, Chris had gone out of his way to touch up a variety of small dings and scratches with matching paint all over the exterior. I was thrilled and grateful. My experience was incredibly good and I recommend their services enthusiastically.
